Horrible. I called and "Tewanda" as per the phone xall from Pribce George. They seem to think they dont work for a buisness and will come when he is ready. He hung up on me after I explained I had drove from the Nass to retrieve my packages. This is unacceptable buisness practices. Do not use Fed ex I still have no packages. Thousands of dollars worth.
