Absolutely ridiculous. Fedex is absurd. I went here and stood in the little office area with the pickup window where they have a phone that tells you to "press the qa button". Did that and let it ring for ten minutes until it gave me a busy signal, so I hung up and then did it again 4 more times. Nobody ever answered, nobody ever came to the window. I even went in through the "security" area and no one was there, I was able to move through the security doors and into the back office so I was behind the window area and I saw ... read more
Delivery driver destroyed package. Throwing it out of the truck & then onto our porch. Very unprofessional. See lots of bad reviews from this place. Hopefully something is done about it. Ill go elsewhere for shipping needs.
Absolutely unacceptable service from FedEx. I watched a driver push my $530 grill out of the truck instead of properly unloading it. The grill was simply shoved out the door and dropped to the ground. To make matters worse, I also witnessed another package being thrown onto the ground. When customers spend hundreds of dollars on products and pay for shipping, they expect their purchases to be treated with care, not tossed around like garbage. FedEx couldn't deliver something on time for love or money ! Again , another order pushed back 3 times and moved 4 days because they let things sit on a dock for days. I avoid them at all costs for these very reasons and don't recommend ANYONE use FedEx for ANYTHING !!!! ZELIENOPLE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE , EVER ! 🤬🤬🤬
