Support is absolutely terrible. I needed a package delivered to my business two days ago. My business hours are 12–6, yet instead of attempting delivery during that time, they repeatedly came earlier. Worst delivery service and no help this place is horrible
Many delivery problems.
Sixth package I've had delivered to the wrong address. Everytime I call they say it was delivered to the right address, but the photo taken of the delivery address clearly shows it is not my house!! I wish these shippers would stop using Fed-ex to deliver their goods! I have no problem with the USPS!
