This location service is very bad! My item was stuck at this office for more then two weeks, and I didn't get any notice neither call nor email. I tracked the number which always shown "it is on the way"! After I called to the FedEx customer service, I knew the item was stuck over there and asked me to go to this office to fix some issue. I am not living in this location. After I delivered the item to this office, I left PA. I can't go back to the office! Until now, I don't know how I can get the item!
They have delivered packages to the wrong address and thrown them in the middle of the driveway. I don't see why anyone would use FedEx as their carrier.
this package has not been delivered for 5 day. We have had major problems with this driver and no way to voice issues for over a month would like to change delivery location . the weather has not restricted UPS AMAZON or the post office only your employee

Have a package that was supposed to be delivered on Sunday it is now Wednesday and still no package. These guys are pathetic. Worst customer service out of all shipping distributors
