My parcel was delivered to a wrong place. I don't know whether they can retrieve it since that address is not on any paper. only wish they go bankrupt already so merchants can use UPS or USPS.
This place sucks people literally come out and brag about how they did nothing for 6 hours, get better people
In my RURAL area, WHY does FedEx leave packages, AT OUR ROADSIDE MAILBOX? These numbnuts ever hear of porch pirates?!?! Here's a clue for FedEx: If it's not BROUGHT to the house, IT'S NOT "DELIVERED!" Leave a box or anything else at the base of a mailbox post, is NOT "delivered!"
Packaged showed as out for delivery from a facility that is 20 minutes away and now saying another 2-4 day for delivery. Glad I paid for overnight shipping because it’s something I need for work which is now going to have to be done on repeat visit on my dime on a job that is 5 hours away. Never using fedex again
