One star is a big ask, my package was delivered but left on my sidewalk, ok it was heavy, so l had to move the heavy package in to my porch it was in a box,and a rain storm was coming, really not good customer service.
Currently a 1 star, my 4 tires, yes 4 separate tires all there own tracking #s are stuck in the bounce back of this facility. On the truck, 12hrs later back at base. Next day let's see what happens. Not my 1st round of bounce backs with them. But I need these tires.
Can’t talk to a real person
Pkgs always late. Driver was two streets away n did not stop with mine There always tossed like frisbees n that’s unacceptable. They ruined a little boys bday. They lost his bike. N has attitudes And the delivered my medications to the wrong address. Horrible company horrible people. N why n can’t get a live person
They don't deliver my packages on time like they are supposed to
