They sat on my package for two days for no reason, so now it'll arrive nearly a week after shipping, well after the whole point of the gift. Accidents happen, but refusal to communicate and zero accountability is maddening. In this climate where so many things are wrong and terrible in the world, FedEx distinguishes itself by being so singularly terrible at their one job.

Support is absolutely terrible. I needed a package delivered to my business two days ago. My business hours are 12–6, yet instead of attempting delivery during that time, they repeatedly came earlier.
