4 time my packages been out for delivery and didn't get delivered the app gave me time a time frame for delivery the must not care about getting people packages or too lazy to do there job If I ceo they all be looking for a new job
Having worked in shipping and receiving I can state with absolute certainty that you do not want to use FedEx for ANYTHING other than express document shipping. As others here have noted, FedEx drivers and contractors will not even attempt to make an actual delivery and when the customer invariably complains they will claim that the shipper placed a "vacation hold" on the delivery. I don’t even think they have drivers employed. Two packages in a row everyday say they are out for delivery for days straight until I finally just go pick it up. Absolute joke would give zero stars if I could. They keep blaming a winter storm that happened over a month ago. From now on if I order something and they ship via fedex I’ll cancel the order and find another carrier
I would have given this location 1 or 0 stars but my package FINALLY arrived. I placed an order on 1/30/26 and it arrived at this distribution center on 2/5/26 and was marked "out for delivery". The 5th came and went with no package at my door. From the 5th-9th I was getting updated that my package was "out for delivery" and everytime I woke up to no package. My package has been at the zelienople distribution center since 1/28/26. Its 2/10/26 and says same shit as has said for the past 2 weeks that my packages are on th le truck for delivery. I live 30 miles from this place. I tried to call and say Ill go get it myself but couldn't find someone competent enough to help me with anything. Just got off phone and said itll they will be here today but I doubt it. Fedex is absolutely terrible. I really need what I paid for last month.
