Apps are not always fool proof and they are being upgraded constantly . So it's no wonder they mess up or won't let you use them .
Took an entire week for a package to be delivered. They rescheduled the package delivery every day and straight up lied and said "no one was home" when no one called, knocked on my door or rang my doorbell.
Left packages outside AGAIN. While our business is closed. They have been warned before. Absolutely terrible depot. Do NOT use Fed Ex.
I want to give a shout out to Andrew (I believe that’s his name) I was having a crazy hard time getting my package delivered it was almost a week late. Called multiple times to no avail or help until I landed on Andrew. He made it happen that day after I called him at 330pm. I had my package by 730. Now that’s how you handle customer service.
8/1/26 our 400$ glass window for our camper, arrived in a box that was opened and clearly tampered with. Upon opening the box I was shocked to see the glass intact, but unfortunately fed ex bent the metal frame of the window. Now we have to go through the headache of returning the product. Why is there no accountability or standards of service? This is not the first time our items have been broken, damaged, or late upon arrival.
