FedEx has TERRIBLE customer service!! I hopefully will never have to use them again. They have cost me a lot of money by losing my packages. They have NO sense of urgency when your package is very important to the customer.
在这里提货，必须要等3个小时或者更多的时间。简直就是浪费时间！！
Go to ups they gave me an attitude cause there taking forever forbmy package now there proving there the worst delivery by being abusive and prolonging my package another 4 days my kids highly upset it was his birthday present you people are vindictive and heartless...talking to a lawyer there is something i can do about the abusive reactions seeing i have voice recording of the convo and screen shots of the date change 😁
The staff here are exceptionally friendly and kind. They take the time to listen and go the extra mile to help. The product they produce is great quality.
There clearly is zero LOGIC in a logistics company!
