I've had a package sitting here since the 19th with no movement. After reading all of the reviews it seems there is alot of theft going on at this location. This order coming from Ontario, California going to Rossville , Georgia was a gift for my kids. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
They dont take your package to your door when you need to sign if you live in an apartment . I called and asked them to not deliver because they clearly never bring it . They told me I could pick it up and guess what ?! They “attempted” to bring it for a third time. Thanks to them, my package is getting sent back and I have to repurchase the item that is never in stock and will have to wait several months again. I find FedEx to be always reliable on time and the drivers are very nice
FedEx has lost two packages of mine in a row. This shipper lost the last package. I called FedEx and got the run around. The gentleman on the phone began asking me the address of the shipper, their phone number and whole bunch of other information. I had the tracking number. FedEx should have all the information regarding the shipper’s information. After all, FedEx did pick the package up. I tried to file a claim online.
