It's embarrassing how these drivers can't do their jobs right. Delivering packages to the wrong location. It's suppose to show up on your scanner that you are miles away from the right location. Thanks to you guys, our package is still lost and now have to some way some how get our money back. That package was my kids school clothes. You drivers are just as bad as Amazon
Big surprise - another 1-star "lost package" review. Item left Chino to be delivered to a city less than 20 miles away. Instead, it's sent to NM, TX, AL, and is now sitting in NC. How? FedEx CS is no help. Each call contradicts the previous (5 total so far).
This facility is garbage. I hope its the next place to pop up on the news as going out of buisness. Awful service and irresponsible with customers valuable goods.
