Terrible.. if you can ship without using fed ex in this SGV area do so. This arcadia warehouse is terrible at communicating, their drivers do not leave door tags, when you call to try and fix it you have to call the very next day to make sure they actually did it. I have been waiting to receive a package from them for a whole week. It's just in their warehouse until the ticket made gets addressed. Unreliable, bad service.

They lost my package and marked it as “Request to hold” to cover for themselves. I never made a request and now my wife will have to wait another weekend for her package. I even offered to it up but their excuse was “it’s in the back of the container”. Scummy

Frustrating Experience — No Delivery Attempt Made I was home all day waiting for my package, but FedEx marked it as “delivery attempted” and returned it to the shipper without even knocking or ringing the bell. No note, no call — nothing. It’s extremely disappointing that they didn’t make a genuine delivery attempt, and now my package is being sent back for no reason. This kind of careless service wastes time for both the customer and the sender.
