They lost my package and marked it as “Request to hold” to cover for themselves. I never made a request and now my wife will have to wait another weekend for her package. I even offered to it up but their excuse was “it’s in the back of the container”. Scummy

Frustrating Experience — No Delivery Attempt Made I was home all day waiting for my package, but FedEx marked it as “delivery attempted” and returned it to the shipper without even knocking or ringing the bell. No note, no call — nothing. It’s extremely disappointing that they didn’t make a genuine delivery attempt, and now my package is being sent back for no reason. This kind of careless service wastes time for both the customer and the sender.

Worst experience ever!! Tracking label is very legible. All of the needed info were provided for but still nothing. No other reason why i couldnt get my package other than contact the shipper. 1 out of 2 packages was delivered to me though. I dont get why exactly the other package was held and unable to be delivered to me when both packages was dropped off at the same time by the same person to the same customer service rep. yall are messing with peoples livelihood and its very very very frustrating
