Driver got caught trying to steal a package, saying it was lost after trying to deliver to the wrong address, on 7/20/26. Some idiot named Ana reported this, told me to file a claim…now the package has magically reappeared. Awful customer service. Laziest company on the planet. HIRE SOMEONE INTELLIGENT, PLEASE!
Horrible experience. I have been waiting on an expensive and important package for 3 days now since the truck was first out for delivery. The driver has not made any attempt to deliver the package into the building twice now, because “no one was there” even though I had been waiting on the curb for hours because they “missed me” the past 2 days. Also no signature is required. So there is no need to be standing outside in the heat. The map tracking is also just shit so you never know where the driver really is. So disappointi... read more
Waited an eternity for a package to be brought out and online they allowed me no option to sign and have them leave it I had to drive 30 minutes each way to pick it up and still had to wait forever for them to bring it out. Horrible experience.
