Fedex driver ran us off the road an all we get is customer support system
Incredible! Incredibly lazy. Why even say you are going to delover on a day and then decide not to?
FedEx in general is embarrassing. The customer service is non-existent. You can't call and talk to anybody ever. These guys have weird hours too. They don't care about the customer. They only care about the money. Sad. Worst experience I've ever had shipping anything in my life
Lazy employees and delivery drivers. Ups and Amazon are the only ones that get my apartment right! How hard is it! I'm a delivery driver myself and I still contact the customer to make sure the apartment is right. Or I have them meet me outside! It really is not difficult nor that hard to text or call a customer.
