This place IS open to the public, I cannot believe they are lying on their own Google Maps listing. Well, I guess I can believe it considering they tell their "customer service" representatives to do nothing but LIE to you every time you call to get help retrieving your package. I was supposed to get a shipment on the 17th, at a business. Random delay, no explanation. Oh fedex has completely lost it! Worst shipping company ever! everyone needs to be fired and they need a new team of people that can read and actually want to work! 3 weeks ago my package got delivered to the wrong place which lead to it being stolen! I was told to contact the people I purchased it from but the item is NOW SOLD OUT! After the 5th time in as much as 5 months a third party delivery driver out of this facility, dropped my package off in the forest / weeds at the side of our natural rock drive. I’ve opened another ticket but am becoming disillusioned with FEDEX’s ability to get their 3rd party drivers under control. UPS never has an issue coming up our hill! I'm on day 3 of "out for delivery" from the Lowell, AR location. At this point, I have zero confidence my package will be delivered. After four phone calls of attempting to speak with individuals whom I could not understand due to their heavy accents and their broken english, I was told the package will be held at the facility for me to pick up tomorrow.
