Update: This happened again. The signed papers were sent Priority Overnight a week later. I receive 3 emails from FedEx stating my package would be delivered by noon. We waiting until noon then left for the airport. The tracking site was updated - Delayed... will be delivered by 1:40 pm. Updated again. Delayed... will be delivered by end of day. Never comes. Repeatedly have packages not delivered with the cause being "customer not available or business closed" on packages that do not require a signature. Never ship food items through FedEx, guaranteed to spoil before estimated delivery date. "The world on time" no longer applies. Just use USPS or UPS.
A dealership in Kansas City shipped the final purchase documents for our 2025 Toyota Tacoma via FedEx Priority Express, with guaranteed delivery by noon the following day. 3 packages that have been sent to the complete wrong address - 5 miles away from my actual house - in which I found out randomly by a friend happening to know the person who received it. This last one they even relabeled and changed my address. When I pulled the relabel off the correct address (my address) was below and they felt the need to change it. Unreal! Can’t even reach them directly. Have to go through customer service and then they have to contact the manager who hopefully talks to the driver.
