Took off to wait for a package that was supposed to be delivered on 12/10 and now it's been delayed! Worst experience ever! On top of that, there is no one you can contact!
I gave driver specific instructions to call me when in front my door and he didn’t do it and messed up my venue cuz I didn’t have what I needed for my job!!!! Lost job!!!

This sorting facility is logistically incompetent. A package hold request was ignored, leaving the item stuck "On the Way" instead of being forwarded for pickup. When attempting to resolve this delay, the call center (gofedex) proved to be an intentional dead-end, providing useless status updates and absolutely no option to speak with a human agent. The complete failure to execute a simple hold request, combined with non-existent customer support, makes this FedEx operation incompetent and deeply frustrating
