Always delays or packaging is damaged. I don’t like FedEx delivery service. My package is delayed for no reason
Cannot get in touch with a real person. Drivers on the phone or listening to ear buds or head phone. It is difficult to talk a read at the same time and it's difficult to read and listen. Your delivering packages in unfamiliar areas. You are driving a truck through areas of traffic and kids playing in neighborhood. I think all of this requires undivided Attention. Packages and notices at incorrect addresses would probably be drastically reduced.
