Llevo 1 semana esperando mi paquete y nunca encuentran la dirección ya he presentado quejas y no resuelvo mi problema y trabajo en el mismo horario por lo q no puedo llegar al lugar y el repartidor hace lo q le da la gana
FedEx St. Rose is BY FAR the WORST delivery center around. They are so bad I ask vendors I purchase things from to PLEASE not use Fed Ex because it wont get to me, it will be late, damaged, thrown over the fence, or worse, left on the sidewalk because the lazy delivery guy cant be bothered to bring something to the door. I love my UPS guy, know him by name, he knocks on the door, he never leaves packages where someone can grab them and run off. Avoid Fed Ex at all costs. If I could give them zero stars I would worst delivery experience ever package was supposed to be delivered Sunday got a call from customer service saying they couldn't find my address said it would arrive Monday well Monday has came and gone still nothing called customer and got the run around still no time frame on when my package will arrive
*DO NOT BOTHER COMING TO ST ROSE TO “PICK UP” YOUR PACKAGE* There is no customer entry. Paid 2 day shipping for it to be delayed way past 2 days. Tracking system inaccurate, I guess that beats the purpose of a tracking #? Tells me it’ll be here between certain hours. I waste my time waiting for it to finally update and say it’s ready for pick up at St. Rose FedEx with a notification saying they will hold it for up to “x” amount of days. But there’s no way of getting my package to begin with. So??? Yall gonna hold my packages... read more
