I’m not completely sure it’s this facility (because they won’t actually tell me), but my package has been sitting at this facility or a nearby one for 7 days now and has yet to be scanned in. The original delivery date was 2/7/26, then they updated and said that my package was being delivered two days earlier, so on 2/5/26. It has not updated since, and when I call, the automated system puts me in a loop I can’t escape from or talk to a real person, then the automated system hangs up on me. FedEx deliveries out of Broken Arrow seem to be hit and miss. We did have snow 14 days ago. The roads were bad for two days. I currently have 6 packages that this location, their not delivering, blaming the weather. I was within one half mile of their location yesterday, but my packages are deliver only so I could not pick them up. Roads are GREAT all over this area, have been for over 12 days. Lazy unprofessional people! My house it 30ft from my mailbox which is beside the road, no gates with an open driveway and these idiots leave 2 big boxes worth hundreds right beside the road! No wonder people's packages get stolen! mindless,worthless, careless workers! I will not use FedEx ever!
