Lazy unprofessional people! My house it 30ft from my mailbox which is beside the road, no gates with an open driveway and these idiots leave 2 big boxes worth hundreds right beside the road! No wonder people's packages get stolen! mindless,worthless, careless workers! I will not use FedEx ever!
HORRIBLE DELIVERY!! There's been 6 attempts to deliver my rug which is 108lbs, they claim to deliver and no answer but it's no signature required, also no door slip or anything on my Ring camera. I've been home, waiting for this package for 6 days!!! Customer service is garbage, can't speak English, repeats things 3x and can't help besides set up notifications and apparently there's no manager for escalation. DO BETTER and hire better delivery drivers who are not lazy!
Their drivers can't see the damn addresses every time they deliver to my address they leave it on the wrong porch every time
3 PACKAGES DELIEVERED TO THE WRONG PLACE TWICE THIS WEEK. We call they say to call the vendor but never fix the delivery problem that has to do with broken arrow fedex facility.
