Your driver keeps leaving my packages in the driveway the last 4 times. The last 2 times it's been raining. The covered porch is only about 15' away, and paved. Pathetic. Tried to call to complain but your answering service is Pathetic as well. No accountability I guess.
Deliveries from this hub are terrible. Delivery drivers constantly throwing and damaging them. Filed numerous complaints with FedEx and they don’t care and do nothing. I won’t even use a company that ships with FedEx if I know ahead of time. Never had a problem with FedEx until they opened this hub and it keeps getting worse. They are an absolute joke and disgrace.
Just tossing packages around??? Breaking things. If UPS, USPS, and Amazon can manage to set things down nicely, I assume FedEx employees can be trained to as well. Unless they hire careless delivery drivers on purpose. Maybe they like that reputation. But this happens every single time FedEx delivers and I am FedUp.
This particular site does not deliver your items in time. Even when you pay 43$ for overnight shipping. Package was supposed to be delivered one Thursday morning and here it is Monday evening. Then you come to the site to pick it up and you’re ignored by employee who is more occupied with her phone.
