My business I work for doesn't open til 10a but still trys delivering at 9a then I have to go pick up from center. Uuuuugggghhhh
They can't seem to put packages onto their trucks and deliver them, usually takes a couple of extra days to load onto a truck and pretend to deliver it.
Packages have been out for delivery for the past three days, delivery date keeps getting pushed back

FEDEX is the absolute worst! I have made multiple phone calls and sent emails regarding packages being left out by the garage in the pouring rain. My front porch is about 15 steps away, but they are so lazy and they do not care they leave it out in the elements. Customer service to FEDEX is a joke. Leaving poor reviews does not seem to make a difference. It’s interesting that UPS and the local post office is very capable of delivering packages to the front porch.
