the worst, they hire companies from fancypants zionsville to come here in terre haute to deliver, not even a local company. do not use fedex till they switch to direct hires from local community, stealing our jobs and money
Ridiculously hard to find through the website you dont know that the major site has a gate around it not open to the public wasted alot of gas then had to go to another place with construction work around t hff e Walgreens. They never seem to be in a part of town that's really safe. And FYI the scammers that use mules to pick up packages of cash they scam people out of always seem to use Walgreens and Fed Ex drop off points because no one is really watching or cares in those places very sketchy. Worst shipping company available. Never delivers on delivery date and can't even speak to someone at our local fedex station to get issue resolved. You get transferred to a call center and they barely speak English. UPS NEVER let's us down. Fedex let's us down every time!!
Tracked my FedEx package thru New York, Chicago fine. Then it arrived in Terre Haute. Later received update saying package was out for delivery, great. After not receiving AFTER 3 days and was told to contact company, I went to FedEx Ground. Stood in line foreverrr and was told the same thing as 2 people in front of me. Package is here, but it's sitting in their lot waiting to get unloaded. Was told they are short handed and have nobody to unload trailer. Pulled up pay for FedEx handlers no wonder short handed.
