Fedex ground driver delivered my package on October 7th to the wrong address and customer service admits they know exactly where it was left but refuses to do anything about it even after acknowledging that the proof i submitted demonstrates that my property looks nothing like the location the package was left at. I too had a package delivered -but sadly not to my address. I just don’t get it, why some delivery drivers are so bad??? Hopefully they get fired when they make a habit of doing this. I read about it alot unfortunately. Most of the time I have fantastic delivery drivers. That one “bad egg” spoils the whole bunch.
Delivered my package to the wrong house and refused to retrieve it or do anything
Never obeys delivery instructions instead leaves packages on road side to be stolen or delivers to the wrong address
