Terrible service! The last time they had a package to deliver me it took 3 attempts to finally make it here! New delivery for this week is on it's 2nd attempt... it was supposed to be here yesterday, re-attempting again today by 2:30 pm and I'm still waiting on it. FedEx is the worst delivery service you could possibly pay for!! 🤬
FedEx Cadillac. Will not deliver to my door. Senior citizen needs deliver to my door. FedEx drivers lazy.
Said they tried to deliver my package twice two different days. No driver came down my road either day. Said it tried to deliver at 8:39 am today. I was outside from 6am-9:30am. No driver. When I called said they sent it out then Lied to me and backtracked saying they never sent it out and it was on hold. The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Maria (over the phone) specifically lied to me and told me I would be called if there was problems finding my address.
The driver Ron, was excellent. He was friendly, polite and courteous. Hopefully he'll be around for a while.
Company just straight up lies to you. Don't ever work with FedEx especially this location. They said my item was on the truck for delivery and assured me it was at 10am, it's now 740pm. No delivery ever made, now I'll have to wait until Monday to pick it up. GFY FedEx.
