FedEx needs to improve its delivery practices. My package was left in an unsecured trash bin, easily accessible to anyone. Please ensure more careful and secure placement of deliveries in the future.

We had heavy crate scheduled for delivery at my property, which has a very nice crushed asphalt driveway about 100 feet long. The driver (Kevin) showed up in the window, (good) though never came up the driveway to look for me (I was on site easily found), instead of driving up he dropped it off at the entrance blocking my way out. This crate weighed 830 lbs. When I asked him to please move it closer to my barn he refused and said that was "policy". They kept leaving my packages out in the lawn when it was raining out instead of walking the extra 10’ to place packages on the porch, so I called and had them put a package delivery instruction on my account to leave packages on the porch. Yesterday they came to deliver a package I have been waiting weeks to receive and didn’t leave the package at all because I wasn’t home, even though no signature was required for delivery.
