Always late; given directions and signed a document about how to leave packages and they still failed.
Fedex doesn't deserve a star period. Whichever driver that delivers to Windy Hill Key you need to quit being lazy and bring my package to my door and quit leaving it at the mailboxes to be stolen. You left my refrigerated medication out to be stolen instead of walking it to my door. I have called customer service with no help for days. Of course there's no number to call this fedex directly. Fast friendly service
A rating of 1 is too good for delivery in Alleghany Co Va. just got a notification from the sender that I refused delivery …. I never saw a FedEx person !!! Also have had issues where they left the parcel at the completely wrong address and they even took a picture of the mailbox with the wrong address and sent it to me. I don’t get it !!!!
