Would do 0 stars. Everytime a package lands at this location. It always has issues. Wither a driver signs a package on my behalf and never delivers, package being marked as delivered but never arriving. I would give 0 stars. Customer service is complete trash. Avoid this place all costs

2nd shipment in a row with fedex home Auburn WA that the driver says they attempted delivery 3 times...both shipments was home all 3 times each with no call ever to be let in. Video cameras show no attempt to deliver today and now 3rd "missed" shipment. There was no fedex truck in site either. This is a terrible facility. The driver's name both times was Christian. Some employees very kind and awesome but overshadowed by their rude and unhelpful boss. Refused to deliver my package even though they took it all the way across the country and are shipping it back. Edit: they delivered it even though they said they will send it back. They are extremely confusing.

I have five different packages and all have never made it to my house. I called fedex customer support to investigate but they always come back to say it’s lost and cannot do anything about it. So far, zero deliveries have been made to my house. Each occasion the driver will take a blurry picture of the package and said it was delivered.
