Package has been on deliver truck, out for delivery for 3 days. contacted FedEx opened case. 24 hours passed, no contact. No package. No update.

FedEx in Auburn Wa just dumped our shipment 47 pound cardboard box in driveway didn’t ring doorbell or tell us it was delivered, I am 86 years old and crippled when wife came home. And found it 3 hours later luckily no one had taken it. The driver lied and said he had left it by front door. Called FedEx office to report this , they said someone would call us. You can't begin to believe how inept FedEx is. One star is way too high of a score. Seriously, it's like a Leno comedy act. I had a package that required a signature. They tried to deliver it three times, even after I called and asked them to hold it, updated the delivery instructions on the website, and even left a note on my front door. They kept trying. Ok, so call number 3, and they will send it to the FedEx store close to me. Great, now the website shows it's at the FedEx store. I drive down to pick it up. What, it's no... read more
