It's sometimes reassuring to know you're not the only one, but sad to think nothing changes over time. This must be one of the worst FedEx locations in the country. I'm complaining today because I rearranged my entire schedule to be home for the delivery which required a signature. I put a sign on the door telling them I'm home, because I've learned from every other time FedEx delivers a signature required package, it almost always takes 2-3 attempts for them to actually attempt a delivery. My package was delivered from this location. Whoever delivered my package ripped it open, probably checking to see it if was worth stealing and threw it front of my garage
Tell your horrible drivers to stop lying about going to my house when they never showed up. I cant get my package now because of you guys
Don't go there if you don don't waste your time . Was waiting for 30 min to drop of my package and couldn't do it ,they don't have time in customer service for us
