Absolutely the worst treatment I've ever experienced from a company. Driver lied twice about me not being home so I had the package redirected to a downtown FedEx location...and then the driver lied about the package being refused by that FedEx location because of "damage ".....which is odd because IT WAS SUNDAY AND THAT LOCATION ISNT OPEN ON SUNDAYS. Driver never attempted to deliver, just stuck the door tag on the front door and left. Of course, they did this at the very end of the delivery window, so I also wasted a whole bunch of time making sure I was around to sign. My recommendation for anyone tracking a package that comes through this place is to just call the Fedex 800 number and have them put in a support ticket to have them deliver to whatever Fedex store is closest to you so you can go pick it up yourself.
Will not connect me to an agent. It’s ridiculous.
