We wanted to give a huge shoutout to our FedEx driver, Bhupinder, who handles our daily deliveries here at Backcountry Seattle in U Village. Bhupinder is truly the gold standard of service. Inaccurate tracking information given and delivery dates. Packages stolen or lost at a FedEx facility how that happens is beyond me. The customer service is horrible. Prime example of good companies that turn horrible with financial growth and expansion. FedEx used to be a reliable shipping company. Now they have become a company with no oversight or accountability.
I have had a large package supposedly out for delivery from the Auburn station with no updates for four days, even after filing an official complaint support ticket. The ticket has not ever been updated after 2 days. No idea how a 50-lb treadmill box just up and vanishes.
Dear FedEx Management/Corporate Team, I'm writing this review to express my frustration with the delivery service I've been experiencing with your company, specifically with drivers other than David. While David is great at following instructions, others like Mikhail consistently fail to do so. Delivering to secured apartment facilities shouldn't be complicated.
