Y'all can't do nothing right the first time. Once I see my FedEx on my delivery I automatically expect delays.
The people there are amazing.
The problem is that even with a dolly some items are still going to be at least a 2 man lift. That is why my GIANT AIR CONDITIONER keeps getting left on the truck the past 2 days, it has nothing to do with us not being home to sign, because one of us has been home all day both days. Your delivery person left the DT and ran off so they didn't have to carry/dolly the AC alone. No delivery person should be sent out alone with objects that heavy. There should be trucks with teams.
