There's a magical place where my package, which was due to arrive July 12th, is currently residing at. Updates i get go like this: "package put on truck. No action taken. Package returned to facility." So I asked, where is this magical place that is holding my package? I want to go get it myself because I don't trust you. I can't go get it? Great. Let's file a support ticket to further delay my delivery
I have a package that has tracking status as arrived at fedex rock island. It has been there for a week. Fedex customer service number is useless. Fedex blamed company I bought from for choosing cheapest shipping option. Was told fedex has 14 business days to deliver package and call back after 14 business days. With my package status not changing in more than a week, you would think they would flag this
