We live on a gravel road. There is absolutely NO REASON to come down our road at 70 miles an hour!!! We have old farmers that don't look when they pull out! TRACORS, KIDS, DOGS HORSES & COWS! We live here these drivers have NO RESPECT for the residents on this road! This is NOT the place to make up time on your route! I went to the fed ex hub on Turkey Hollow RD. They did nothing. Its ridiculous and it happens daily! SLOW DOWN!!!!!
Packages were left at end of driveway on road instead of delivered to the house. The message on the tracking said left at gated driveway. We do not have a gate across our driveway!
Although the staff are helpful and nice, the staff members who provided the help stated that they are very disorganized. One staff member mentioned that they didn’t quite understand all the tracking information that was available to them. The facility apparently moved to a new system this previous fall, and it appears there are some inefficiencies. Genuinely the most incompetent service I’ve ever dealt with. FedEx going out of business will be a good day for everyone. It’s a bad company with zero standards that doesn’t do the one thing they're supposed to do
if I could give negative stars that would be it. constantly deliver before I am here when my hours are clearly posted, they were able to see I am not open on Monday so they didn't attempt delivery on that day but can't seem to come after my open hours on days I am here. after 2 days of calls I finally spoke to someone and requested they leave the package out back by the shed (this is a business with clear access to back lot) and they still didn't leave it. excuse after excuse, I will be requesting all my vendors use a differ... read more
