Antisocial company practices. Can't get a hold of a real person and a real person won't reach out to me while the driver scans my package 3 times in a row as incorrect address. It's not friggin incorrect dude! Y'all been here several times!
Can't get in touch with any personnel they said they delivered my package but they delivered someone mattress Instead!!! Their drivers can't even read the packages to make sure it goes to the right house and I can't get in touch with anyone at Customer Support so I'm out $500 because I can't get in touch with anybody
I have a problem with their phone AI but I'm trying to tell him something important deal with their packages when I order from places and they ship it to my house because I'm getting a mouse problem in their packages I was trying to warn them to make sure they have something to get rid of mouse problem
