0 stars. I SO REGRET using FedEx for this delivery. Now 4 days late and NO RESPONSE from the Rock Island office. Please reconsider using the Rock Island FedEx facility. I have no confidence that my package will be located.
Horrible do not use FedEx for any shipmenta. That continue to go e me the run around that refused to update the address for a secondary location and they keep saying good news it can be shipped the next day. The drivers are lazy and they continue to all say the same thing from what I take is their foreign based call center. Pay extra to have someone else ship your items
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wish I could give them negative stars. FedEx told me my package was going to be delivered between 9:50am and 1:50pm. I needed it by at least 4pm because I had plans. 5pm comes around and I’ve called customer support TWICE trying to figure out what happened. That didn’t work and they were useless so I had to call someone else who couldn’t even get ahold of the route managers, and by the way I NEVER heard back from her after they told me I would.
