If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wish I could give them negative stars. FedEx told me my package was going to be delivered between 9:50am and 1:50pm. I needed it by at least 4pm because I had plans. 5pm comes around and I’ve called customer support TWICE trying to figure out what happened. That didn’t work and they were useless so I had to call someone else who couldn’t even get ahold of the route managers, and by the way I NEVER heard back from her after they told me I would. There's a magical place where my package, which was due to arrive July 12th, is currently residing at. Updates i get go like this: "package put on truck. No action taken. Package returned to facility." So I asked, where is this magical place that is holding my package? I want to go get it myself because I don't trust you. I can't go get it? Great. Let's file a support ticket to further delay my delivery
