Can't get in touch with any personnel they said they delivered my package but they delivered someone mattress Instead!!! Their drivers can't even read the packages to make sure it goes to the right house and I can't get in touch with anyone at Customer Support so I'm out $500 because I can't get in touch with anybody
I have a problem with their phone AI but I'm trying to tell him something important deal with their packages when I order from places and they ship it to my house because I'm getting a mouse problem in their packages I was trying to warn them to make sure they have something to get rid of mouse problem
FedEx is becoming altogether unreliable!!! App says out for delivery, but no attempt made, and package returns to station on multiple occasions. This causes me to sit at home all day for nothing. Customer service would do well to just say they are sorry for the local incompetence, and find better staff to take action to resolve conflicts, not hang up in CUSTOMERS!!
I called the call center because they tried to deliver a package that required a signature. They said go into this facility and pick it up with a photo id. I drove 30 minutes to get there at 730 pm when I got off work. I got there and they said policy changes were made and I couldn't pick it up because it HAD to be delivered. I told them I work Mon through Sat and would not be home for delivery. They still couldn't give it to me. My 3 stars is for FedEx in general, not necessarily this specific one...or maybe it is??? Continually deliver our packages to the neighbors no matter how many times we complain!!! UPS and USPS seem to be able to deliver correctly- just not FedEx!
