I wish I could rate a zero. My Package was supposed to be delivered today, it was updated to show between 1 and 3. I watched drivers map and the driver was around the corner from my house around 2pm, headed back to Grayslake and marked my package as “incorrect apt” when my info was checked and shows correctly. I’ve waited all morning for this package.
The worst carrier ever whatever you do DO NOT USE FedEx the most ignorant people ever rude and disgusting absolutely ridiculous
I’ll never order from another company that ships through FedEx. My delivery was supposed to come on a Thursday and it showed up on Monday. Wouldn’t have been a big deal except I’m not home. Had them change it so it can deliver on Wednesday when I would be home. Then I get a notification that someone attempted to deliver and they pushed it back another day. I’VE BEEN HOME ALL DAY AND NOBODY SHOWED UP!
