Always cancel the loads
Can’t give it a zero. Driver delivered a package that was clearly labeled signature required and I wasn’t home. But in the FedEx system it still shows not delivered (with a picture of the box on my door step). Driver came to my house and got the signature from me, a few days later and still it shows not delivered. This was dispatched out from Grayslake. The sender can’t get paid until the package is marked delivered. I call FedEx support and they opened a case and closed it. No details as to why it is closed. Still not deliv... read more
Had terrible experience with FedEx trying to return a package that was delivered and was not. Mine was never ordered by me. Impossible to get them to take it back. They even took it back once and then redelivered it. Everyone was very unhelpful
