Delivered box clearly broken. Guy answered phone was not professional or nice. Today 7:12 am.
Very helpful w/ a vacation hold issue when calling this warehouse's # directly vs. general # where you get sent to India call center w/ non-English speaking personnel.
Fed ex is a complete joke. The driver Eber needs to be fired. No signature required yet he wont deliver. What a sorry excuse for a delivery service.
Had a delivery issue with my package. Called to see if I could pick it up. The entire team including security were extremely accommodating and friendly. Shout out to Tim for helping me load it up.
