From September 8th any information where is my send package, today we have September 15th. AI assistant is useless.
Worst experience ive ever had ive had 3 items delivered and all 3 were delayed for different dates once they arrived to grayslake fedex. Ive lived in multiple states and never had this issue with a fedex except for here
I wish I could rate a zero. My Package was supposed to be delivered today, it was updated to show between 1 and 3. I watched drivers map and the driver was around the corner from my house around 2pm, headed back to Grayslake and marked my package as “incorrect apt” when my info was checked and shows correctly. I’ve waited all morning for this package.
Called to ask why my package wasn’t delivered and was told because my business was closed. Informed management that was a lie AT&T is open 7days a week and only is closed thanksgiving and Christmas and was told well we not delivering the package today. And management did nothing to fix the issue. This company is very distasteful dishonest and poor customer service skills this branch is so pathetic and management should be fired.
The worst carrier ever whatever you do DO NOT USE FedEx the most ignorant people ever rude and disgusting absolutely ridiculous
