there are a bunch of people working inside who are very rude, they speak to employees any type of way , they don’t want to help customers.
Drivers don’t knock on doors. They just leave stickers and leave.
Worst ground delivery don't us! For an important package by ground they say now it will take 11 days!
Same as all slow and rude
THE WORST!!!! I can't even tell you how many packages make it to this place and thats where it stops. Sometimes it's delayed by a week, sometimes it never shows up. I am now boycotting Fed Ex. I would rather drive across country and pick up the package myself. It would be much faster and I'm guaranteed to get my package.
