I can’t believe I’ve reached the point in my life where I’m leaving a review for a FedEx distribution center, but here we are. I’m writing this as an exasperated last resort in the faint hope that Uncle FedEx will eventually descend from corporate headquarters, take custody of this branch, and figure out what exactly is happening inside this logistical black hole. This place and the customer service team are all horrible first off. Spoke to 3 employees and 3 managers so far and my issue still hasn't been resolved going on a week now waiting to receive my package. The drivers are also the issue because I'm sure they been delayed because they too weak to move the product or what but it starts with them finding dumb reasons to not deliver like weather concerns or can't find location. It took the package two days to get to this facility from New York. They said it was going to be delivered the day after and nobody showed up. It now been sitting there for eight days with no update. I guess it's going to take much longer. Seems like they been playing with people's packages for a very long time and nothing happens. What a joke!
Weak and lazy drivers. FedEx is truly the worst. Marked my package, a child's bed, undeliverable 4 days in a row because the driver was too lazy or weak to carry it. I had to drive 40 minutes to DELIVER IT MYSELF. Worthless. A DELIVERY company that makes you pick up the package...
