It took the package two days to get to this facility from New York. They said it was going to be delivered the day after and nobody showed up. It now been sitting there for eight days with no update. I guess it's going to take much longer. Seems like they been playing with people's packages for a very long time and nothing happens. What a joke!

Weak and lazy drivers. FedEx is truly the worst. Marked my package, a child's bed, undeliverable 4 days in a row because the driver was too lazy or weak to carry it. I had to drive 40 minutes to DELIVER IT MYSELF. Worthless. A DELIVERY company that makes you pick up the package...

My package was supposed to be delivered between June 4th and June 10th. It is now the 16th and it has been sitting in the Orlando, FedEx SmartPost facility since the 10th. I gave the eBay seller My address that it was supposed to be delivered to. By the way, it is the same street that the post office is on and where my PO box is. I gave the physical address of the post office which they told me to as well as my address. This place needs to be shutdown and all the employees fired first and formost!! I have been waiting for a package (381432648488) to leave this place for almost a week now and the expected delivery dates have changed twice already.
