I would give this place 0 star if I can. They don’t deserve 1 star. Very lazy staff in general. They don’t want to help customers. What they want is pushing everything to customers to pick up the packages themselves rather than doing proper delivery as a shipping company. I have 20 pieces of shipment delayed for 4 days and was transferred from another FedEx Orlando facility to this location for no reason. I called FedEx and waited 5 hours on last Friday because FedEx customer service told me my packages were out for delivery... read more
I ordered my daughter's formula 2 weeks ago.... They have changed the date 3 times on when my package "got delivered" there. My package has been sitting there for over a week and I can't get into contact with anyone because my package is so called on the way. This is getting absolutely ridiculous!!!
We stayed home all day for 2 days when they were supposed to deliver. Both times they claimed that nobody was home. We have cameras at both doors and nobody came either day. Now they won't deliver it because they said they made three attempts. a bunch of liars.
