Our package was shipped with the correct address and yet when the package was in our neighborhood but got close to the 8PM mark all the sudden it is marked as "incorrect address"...we suspect fowl play with the driver. This facility and it's staff obviously have problems and they need to be held accountable. This is an expensive package and fedex overall even with their website and apps have gone backwards. In Delivery And Out Delivery Are Excellent
Incredibly incompetent, horrible service. A special keyboard I needed to replace one my dog ate for a Microsoft Surface never showed up - the driver logged 3 attempts in 3 consecutive days, taking pictures of random things that had nothing to do with the delivery, and documented similar misrepresentations each time, the most recent one stating "What happened with your recent delivery attempt on 7/8 at 7:26 PM Customer not available or business closed" - a complete lie I've been home all day every day, it didn't require a sig... read more
