This is my six star review for FedEx associate Mia Middleton, who took the time to read investigate a delivery issue and was instrumental in the resolution. Mia has exceptional customer service skills and I was very impressed by her dedication to the customer experience. She will go far in this world with her ethic. I recently ordered a curtain set from Walmart and it was being delivered through FedEx Ground. I was notified that I was going be delayed by a day. About four days passed and still nothing. I had to get a refund back from Walmart and open up an investigation. What’s going on at FedEx Ground? This is becoming a reoccurrence with delayed or “delivered” packages. GET IT TOGETHER!

I wish to give all of FedEx a one star my package was supposed to be delivered in rock Hill, South Carolina. They didn’t go to the Right Place ,Missed the delivery, I gave them landmarks so they can deliver to my house. They said they’ll deliver the next day. Wake up my package is heading to Ladson, South Carolina then I received a call from Ladson saying they were going to ship it back up to rock Hill. Lost a package in the past that had insurance on it $500 package btw, said they would do an investigation and find it to ship it to me the next day and never did. Tried them one more time, package came on time and date posted thought they had things worked out. Just had another package being shipped to me and now yet again have changed the delivery date and time very inconsistent. FedEx do BETTER!!! or let these other companies take over for this area.

Paid for next day shipping on a Thursday, hoping for Saturday at the latest. Was at location 4am Saturday and not delivered until Tuesday. Would give zero stars if possible.
