I have four packages that were out for delivery on Saturday. One package contains medication that is urgently needed. After speaking to someone Sunday they promised my packages would be delivered today. I called back again today, since the packages didn't show an out for delivery scan and once again I was promised that I would get my packages today before three, they even sent me emails stating this. And the person I spoke to verified that the packages were out for delivery. But once again my packages weren't delivered.

Given a GPS routing issue for days, I was impressed by Dawson Baker (Mgr. with Trudere Logistics) to personally deliver the package from Chewy. Hopefully, this navigation software glitch can be resolved quickly for future deliveries.

I have a package of very expensive plants that have been on the truck from the Ladson warehouse to be delivered for the past two days. Halfway through both days the truck went back to the warehouse without trying to deliver my plants. They have now been without water for four days. The only reason I’m even getting this shipment of plants is because the first set of plants they delivered had most of the branches missing because Fedex miss handled the box.
