My package has been "out for delivery" for three days now.
2 of 4 deliveries failed to be delivered…… in a period of 18 months ,I am currently waiting on a fifth delivery and suspecting another failure. I have been home every time.
They will be under investigation soon I am sure. I know for sure a driver will be. In one week I have to file 3 claims for false delivery false initials on said delivery 2of them then on 3 rd delivery been on truck for 10 days. This does not include over the past couple of months the other claims I have to open with said FedEx location. They need new management and staff. I knew fedex was going to mess up my order and they delivered it to the wrong house!!! I’m pissed off!!! It was a kitchen aid worth $400!!! Y’all need to shut down !!
Word through the grapevine according to a delivery driver the warehouse is a hot mess and nothing is organized. According to the driver the lazy workers are just throwing packages around with no care in the world. Packages getting thrown on the truck without being scanned resulting in drivers not knowing what packages are to delivered that day resulting in the delivery being skipped. Poor poor work ethnic
