I get between 8 and 14 perishable boxes every single week. I am a business and close at 5pm. Every week I lose product. They wither drive around all day with my product on the truck and don't make it to me before I close or it is delayed elsewhere. Every week I have to call and ask to come pick up my product so that I know I will get it. Businesses should be a priority, especially when it is a weekly delivery and perishable.
They just can’t seem to figure out how to deliver shipments… constant failures, one after another
Delivery driver, I believe his name was Jamil, had my package on his truck at 6am, and never delivered it. I find it a bit convenient that it wasn’t delivered though… it was a Saturday (03/22/26) and weighed 60lbs. – sounds like he didn’t want to deal with it. If he couldn’t lift it, then he shouldn’t work at FedEx. If FedEx had too many deliveries to get it to me that day, then it shouldn’t have been loaded on the truck. The absolute worst shipping company. Packages are constantly delivered to the wrong address or missing. They deliver to the wrong address resulting in missing packages far more often than they deliver to the correct address. I will no longer order online from a company that uses them as their shipper, not worth the hassle.
Said they left my package downstairs, but I never received it. When I talked to the driver she said her boss said he won’t pay workman comp so leave heavy packages downstairs even with a dolly.
