This whole experience was completely unacceptable. There was no resolution, as I had to pick up the package myself. The delivery driver failed to knock or ring the door bell to alert of his presence. I had been waiting all day for this package. Others were in the house with me and noone heard a thing. Communication was a nightmare when I initially called, as the customer service supervisor I spoke with was unable to reach the Ladson center and therefore was unable to offer any sort of resolution. Stole my package. Said it was delivered to Walgreens 9/27. Walgreens doesnt get FedEx on Saturdays for their delivery lockers. Walgreens confirmed on video that there was never a delivery at 1553 or a staff member named LHARTON that is on the FedEx pdf. Package was out on a truck for delivery with "Teri" for 2 days and then goes missing... cant get a real person on the phone whatsoever.
Horrible experience at the ground hub in Ladson. Consistently disappointing
My package is delayed again. No, my packed was on the truck for delivery but it was never delivered for some reason. Then taken back to the hub and delivered the next day. These a regular ordeal with this hub. Why Ladson FedEx can't this hub make your deliveries when you are supposed to?
