THE WORST!!! They LOST 3 of my international packages in less than 30 days- UNBELIEVABLE!! Use UPS!
Driver will not deliver my packages. He has had one for 4 days and the other for 3 days. Multiple calls to customer service and then lied to that they would be delivered last night. Still not delivered and he doesn't come down the long drive to attempt a delivery. I am very disappointed in the company! I spoke with Stuart and Alexander (Supervisors or higher up support people). Will update as things change.
Similar to other reviews, the delivery driver didn’t even actually attempt to deliver my package. It was expected by 3pm today, but at 12:27pm (I know because I have a ring camera that caught them and I was watching the map on the fedex site) they stopped in front of my house and didn’t even get out the car. I was standing by the door to see if they needed assistance but they didn’t even bother getting out. Instead they proceeded with the rest of the deliveries and left. Regularly misdelivers packages and cannot confirm where they were delivered. Supposed to follow up same day to get the package re-delivered but that never happens either. The corporate number will try to gaslight and lie to you that it was scanned “delivered” at your address even when there’s photo proof it’s not. Either they’re all incompetent or they have a major loss prevention issue they’re covering up.
