Wish I could rate NO stars! Terrible service. Avoid this station if you're able. A package has been "out for delivery" for a week, and I still haven't received it. Moreover, the station manager is not responsive to FedEx customer service inquiry phone calls and emails. By reading other reviews on this station, it's time for FedEx corporate to make changes to avoid more reputational damage.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I don’t often leave reviews unless the service is outstanding or horrible. My wife and I are understanding people so as long as communication is established and accurate, we are very reasonable. However, this is not the case with the local Fedex. This is by far the worst experience we have encountered. We ordered multiple items from various vendors due to purchasing a new home. Worst distributor ever and it’s bullcrap that one star is the lowest review rating! Every package that goes through FedEx arrives multiple days late. My most recent package was out for delivery 2 days ago but now it says delivery rescheduled for Monday. Five days bro on a package that had a 2 day delivery guarantee?!?! Then the representative gets on the line burping on the phone and has an accent in which I can’t understand what the heck she’s saying. If I could give zero stars I would. I have no clue how your drivers cannot find an address that you've previously delivered to with no issues. On top of that, no way to get in touch with someone locally to resolve - every time you call customer service you get connected to someone in another country.
