They have delivered 5 of my packages to the wrong address. All coming from the Windsor Facility. Not even delivering to the wrong house in the neighborhood, they are delivering to the wrong city. My shipping information on the label is correct but they keep leaving it at the wrong address. Every time I call customer service they assure me it won’t happen again, but this is the fifth time today that it happened. The ladies at the front desk have phenomenal customer service, both on the phone and in person However, the security guard was nowhere to be seen. We found him sitting in his car, listening to music when he should be guarding the security station. This is a HUGE RISK for the employees working here.MANAGERS TAKE NOTICE. I would have given five stars based on the customer service, but because of the safety risk and the security guard goofing off I am giving one star so hopefully someone will notice this review and take action ... read more
