MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT. I took my package there on 11/22/25 and the girl who works the front counter said they didn’t have receipts. My package was never sent. This FedEx steals packages!
THIS PLACE IS TRASH
Have had many things shipped from all over using numerous companies, when use this FedEx (not by choice) they say they can't find my address, I have had to go get my stuff or have it delivered to a holding facility like Dollar General or Walgreens, I have yet ONCE to get my order delivered fully to my door with this FedEx, and im right off 3 MAJOR streets, im not hidden...
Might be the worst place ever…they’ve retuned 2 boxes back to California 2 times…I can’t wait to sign for them today so I can lay into the driver.
As others have said, driver will not ring or knock. We have been here for the last three attempts. The last attempt says it was at 2:31am? Now the app wants me to sign up for scheduled delivery for an additional fee. Every delivery from this location has been like this. Need my shipments for work
