Came home today to fine my hi end electronic on the side walk in front of my home. Mind you my home is fenced in, but the gate was open. Just when you think this service can't get any worst. They do the unthinkable" shame on you FedX, management has got to see these reviews.
Make you jump thru hoops to get in then tell you 3 weeks later you didn't get it
Sat at home most of the day (Thursday) waiting for my package, finally had to leave for work because I had to or else be late. Said it was supposed to be there between 10:20 am and 2:20 pm. Didn't get to the hub till 5:41 am. Later after I left for work they updated it to end of day. Still hasn't left the hub despite being there almost a whole day.
