Useless driver Carlos did not deliver my package. Made me waste a day waiting for him to show up. Multiple failed deliveries--I contacted corporate Fedex so enjoy buddy.

This FedEx is the worst. And If you are getting a package that has to be signed for, plan on taking the day off for nothing. You WILL have to go pickup your package two days later yourself. Or play the game all over. They come 4 1/2 hours before estimated time. Drop your expenses electronics from two feet with force. They will give you 30 to 45 seconds to come to the door before peeling off without leaving a note. In a hurry to screw the next customer. I see why they are 4 1/2 hours earlier then estimate. Came home today to fine my hi end electronic on the side walk in front of my home. Mind you my home is fenced in, but the gate was open. Just when you think this service can't get any worst. They do the unthinkable" shame on you FedX, management has got to see these reviews.

Sat at home most of the day (Thursday) waiting for my package, finally had to leave for work because I had to or else be late. Said it was supposed to be there between 10:20 am and 2:20 pm. Didn't get to the hub till 5:41 am. Later after I left for work they updated it to end of day. Still hasn't left the hub despite being there almost a whole day.
