I am so sick of FedEx as a company I wish people would just stop using them all together. Idk what’s going on with the sorting distribution center in Davenport but everybody in the building needs to be fired. Fedex has been holding , loosing redirecting my packages one of my packages has been held by FedEx for 16 days now it does not require a signature they’ve just been holding it so long that it was sent to Miami Florida and I live in winter haven . Delivery driver decided to mark my package as exception business closed. Business is a 24hr operation called and informed them that the driver never showed up to the address provided. Customer service was no help at all not my package that I needed is late
The Davenport hub Sunday driver consistently delivers our packages to the wrong place. In the middle of the road behind our property with a totally different street name, *outside* the gate of my community, and a totally wrong house another time. Three mis deliveries all on Sundays. I don’t understand because the FedEx drivers during the week seem to find our house just fine. All that’s needed is to follow the Google map directions like everybody else. Lost package initially sent on wrong route (ike many others). *temporary delay deliverg date not available*. Horrible customer service keeps asking for package details already provided previously.
2 days in a row they "attempted" to deliver my package both days left a tag on our door says no one was home. Well we were home had you actually knocked on the door we would have opened it. Package needs a signature how do you not knock to see if someone is actually home. They just don't want to carry the 85 pound package up 3 flights of stairs. Sorry for living in an apartment.
