Dimitri parked outside of my house for 5 minutes on his phone and drove away without delivering my package on 7/17/2026 at 1:30pm. Lied and said no one was available. My wife and I were standing right there watching him. Will never use Fedex again. I have filed a complaint with corporate that I'm sure will resolve nothing.
Absolutely terrible service. They keep promising a specific delivery date, only to change the day at the last second. This has happened multiple times now with no real explanation or accountability. You cannot plan your schedule around their delivery windows because their tracking information is completely unreliable. Incredibly frustrating experience.
Truck 477023 and truck 477025 think they on a fast and furious movie. Recklessly switching lanes and going over 60 in a 45 racing each other through traffic. Going 75 plus in a 65 had to go 80 plus to be able to catch up.
