Incompetent drivers. Signed release form on front door for a package that does not require a direct signature and they keep put “we missed you” on the front door over and over again. Even management admit they should be leaving the package when I call but they continue to fail at rectifying the situation. Their drivers need serious retraining. If I were you, I’d stick to UPS or an alternative shipping company!!

Was told my package was on the truck for delivery at 4:49 AM on Sunday 2/1/26. At 6:00 AM it said "Delivery suspended". Have repeatedly tried to contact FedEx but can't get past their idiotic customer service robot. They sent me an email on 2/3/26 and it didn't say anything other than that they were trying to deliver it and would update the delivery time. Still nothing. They have my name and address, so I don't know what the problem is. Guessing that they lost the package and don't want to admit it.

They consistently change our address to an address 1 street over. Shipper has address right, box is labeled correctly but they still deliver to wrong address. This is 7 times in a row now and the other address are crooks who never return the package. They deliver to 264 begonia place and we are 264 begonia lane
