If I could give no stars I would this is ridiculous this is for all FedEx I ordered a couch online it came in 3 packages the guy came with only two I asked him while he was walking down steps “where’s the 3rd box” he steady kept walking away idk if he had headphone in or what but they need to tell workers to communicate better because FedEx lost my package how do u lose a package that says it’s in Lakeland and it’s already been delivered and i think the guy signed it because my name was spelled wrong

Don’t expect to get your package in time if it makes a stop at this location. Been happening for years.

Dimitri parked outside of my house for 5 minutes on his phone and drove away without delivering my package on 7/17/2026 at 1:30pm. Lied and said no one was available. My wife and I were standing right there watching him. Will never use Fedex again. I have filed a complaint with corporate that I'm sure will resolve nothing.

Absolutely terrible service. They keep promising a specific delivery date, only to change the day at the last second. This has happened multiple times now with no real explanation or accountability. You cannot plan your schedule around their delivery windows because their tracking information is completely unreliable. Incredibly frustrating experience.
