Absolutely horrible, every single time I have a delivery scheduled they delay and claim they can’t deliver for multiple days in a row. I finally have to call and put in “escalated tickets” and am told I’ll get a call back but then never do

Super nice folks here I came and picked up my power station that I ordered and they couldn't deliver it to the post office and they were so awesome and so nice thank you guys I appreciate your help
Not the friendliest staff. No greeting. Myself and a few others got there right at opening. We had to wait until staff got the computer turned on and going. I always thought you did that before opening, so you were ready for customers when you opened. Perhaps not. I had Googled prior to my trip if they sold postage stamps. Goggle said they did. When I asked the man for stamps he said they did not sell stamps. I replied, "oh ok. Online said you did." To which he snidely replied, "that would be the post office."
