Driver's mark package delivery attempt without actually dropping a door tag, knocking on the door, or ringing the door bell. Customer service then tells you they won't reattempt delivery today... How can you reattempt delivery when you didn't actually attempt it in the first place?
Horrible ground service especially a driver by the name of Patrick. Lies through his teeth and says he can't get into our building and we have a call box that's all he has to do is punch in apt number and we will let him in. We at this building have been putting up with his incompetence for years.
