Dropped a package off at Walgreens a week ago, they are an authorized FedEx agent. Walgreens Scanned it into the fedex system, but when the courier showed up later that day, the package was never scanned into the fedex system. So a week later, our 3 day delivery is nowhere and we are left in purgatory due to a Dishonest Fedex Courier from This Location!!!!
They always put my orders on the truck across town thr wrong truck. If the driver has a chance after the daily deliveries they will drop my package on their way in to the office, 8:30 ‐ 10:00pm. If not then I get a message telling me pick it up or they will send it back to the sender. I have called many times to complain about this but nothing gets done. No way to file a complaint unless I mail a letter to the corporate office. FedEx is a joke. I will never use them to ship anything.
Disappointed with a recent delivery from this location. The package was supposed to arrive by 3:45 PM but didn't show up until 6:19 PM — the delay itself I could live with. What really bothered me was that instead of leaving it at my front door, the driver left it out in the open in front of my garage and never rang the doorbell or knocked to let me know it had arrived. When I landed on the page to leave this review, I was definitely not surprised to see the already low 2.9 rating. I fail to understand why a company as a whole (FedEx) would agree to receive shipments from Yankee Candle (as it is marked all over the outside of the box) and then leave the packages at temperatures above melting point for days at a time. This particular product has a melting point of 115 - 140 degrees; you know how many different products should NEVER be stored over 115 degrees??? My guess is that a good percen... read more
