The help from Ms Jody was excellent! My Email was answered with a phone call. I explained my problem and she was very helpful and found my packages that were behind in transit. She even made a follow up call the next day to give me an update. Thank you FedEx for your wonderful service!
Driver didn’t even attempt to deliver the package, took a picture of a blank ‘we missed you’ tag stuck to the package in his truck. When I offered to pick up they told me they were unsure when it would be available for pick up. Then said it would take 5 days for re-delivery.
The delivery situation was absolutely horrible! But the pick up location and employees were great! Customer service was helpful as well. Got my package in the end.
Supervisor PATRICK B. at this location is THE MAN!! I was waiting for my new car tires to be delivered and they were taking longer than expected. I had to receive them immediately because I was going out of town and needed my new tires before I could go. The first person I dealt with was very rude, arrogant, and wasn't interested in helping me.
