This place is an absolute joke. It doesn't matter if the package is being sent Ground or a faster service because it's going to be delivered late. We get ALL of our packages days or weeks late after they are shipped across the country/world and then sit on the FedEx truck or in the warehouse with faked reasons like "weather delays" when it's sunny, warm, and dry in Vegas. In a process of filing a consumer complaint if this FedEx location is responsible for delivering packages for residents in 89052 area. FedEx office provided a photo evidencing a package was dropped off at the door, but the photo being shown is not even my home. Yet, FedEx office has rudely denied our complaint of not receiving a purchaed item. If this is their regular delivery route, why can’t the company have to courtesy of comparing the houses for delivery before they arbitrarily deny our reported claim? What a horrible de... read more

I’m at my wits end with driver Lawrence, who I guess delivers for my area. Since I moved to Vegas 2 weeks ago,every FedEx package I’ve received, the 1st time he “Attempts” to deliver it he always marks it undeliverable because “The business or residence is closed”. I then have to call to give instructions that it’s okay to deliver to my front door. Now this recent package he marked it undeliverable, because it was missing a unit number.
