Refrigerated medicine was supposed to be delivered today, the driver left before I could even make it to the door. Called the pharmacy and they got someone on the line to call the driver to come back, they never did. Medicine will be no good tomorrow, and the pharmacy will have to resend. Need to train your drivers to give time for someone to come to the door if a signature is required. This is stupid and I never had an issue with any other carriers. Fed-X driver just delivered my package and left it at the gate. They are supposed to deliver it to the front door. No wonder packages get stolen.
A driver was delivering to Lyman SC to home 7/11/2025 has stolen package
Kinda irritated. Package issue. Called help line. Informed PKG was at location for pick up. Pkg was returned instead. I understand issues happen. However losing an hour from misinformation is not acceptable.
Customer service is a joke. The phone line robot will hang up on you repeatedly until you’re good and frustrated before you can talk to a representative who can only parrot what the online tracking says. I have 2 packages that are just sitting at the hub and haven’t been out for delivery. One was scheduled for 3 days ago, the other 2 days ago. Yesterday I called and was told they’d come today.
