Had an issue with package I dropped off. They fixed the issue and handled shipment on their own and called me with an update.
Had a package that was scheduled between 8-2. Waited til 4 never showed up. Got a pic of my driveway at 6 saying they couldn't deliver. My camera showed driver didn't even exit the truck. Called customer service they said it would be Sunday 8am-9am but never showed up. Called back to find out they are closed on Sunday. FedEx says it's the company I bought the product from fault that they didn't deliver and the fedex agent told me it would be delivered Sunday even though FedEx was closed on Sunday.
