Driver that services Cambridge subdivision in Spartanburg... takes the corners on 2 wheels, parks in the middle of the road( no one can pass)... backs up the road 30 yards to turn around versus using the culdesac... I have asked him on several occasions to slow down and he cusses at me and speeds off...train your people better

Would give zero if I could. I have to work and they try to bring when I’m at work won’t leave it unless I sign it then return to sender. I just want my package tried to sign digitally so they would just leave it but surprise surprise doesn’t let me do that fedex is one of the worst couriers wish I had the chance to choose a different courier then they make it impossible to talk to a human. I just spent all day talking to them about my package for them to tell me it’s coming today only for them to wait until everything closes... read more
I wish I could give zero stars. Package has said delivery by end of day today all day. Watched the driver on the map go on my street and then go back to the fedex building. Called and was told it was rescheduled for next day because it was scanned after 8:30am. It was scanned at 8:26 am and has said and still says delivery today. Called and got an idiot the first time then I told them I can drive the 11 minutes to go pick it up and was told thats not allowed. Worst delivery company by far and worst customer service
