This place is always screwing up. Im getting to where i hate dealing with my vendors that use fedex. Never have any issues with UPS
Terrible hub. Why are packages to Union south Carolina being marked out for delivery but then you claim you “don’t have the man power to deliver to Union” ??? FedEx, your companies purpose is based on delivering packages. Unacceptable.
I had a large, heavy dresser delivered today via FedEx Home Delivery, which is supposed to mean it gets delivered directly to your residential door. Instead, the driver left it at the bottom of a shared stairwell, even though I live on the second floor. The delivery was originally scheduled for tomorrow, then changed to today between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. It didn’t arrive until around 2:30 PM, which is over 3.5 hours past the latest estimated time.
