Paige been delivering my packages since Sunday today she was 10 min away from my house how do i know because i was watching her on the map then she proceeded to go back to Spartanburg after i called customer service all of a sudden the map gets turned off. FIRE PAIGE NOW!!!
Had stop by to pick up package that they couldn't delivery.
Package was on the truck for almost 4 days when it finally arrived well after its due date(not counting the storm issues as the weather cleared before it was on the truck). When I called the help line I was told that it had been attempted delivery 2x which was incorrect as we have security that accepts packages at every entrance 24/7. The next day I called it was due to severe weather and ice on the roads, which was also incorrect as the ice had melted the 1st day it was out for delivery. Hopefully you don’t get ‘Brittany’ as your driver because she’ll skip your house instead of delivering your package.
My elderly Mother has been trying to get a package sent back but the lazy driver refuses to stop and pick it up. Why are you people so lazy????? Maybe I'll just bring the package to you.
