Im not one to leave many bad reviews but FedEx really gets under my skin. Every single time something is shipped through them they send it to my neighbors house despite my address being correct and calling FedEx multiple times to report this issue. Every time you call them its like chasing your own tail to speak with an actual human and not just an AI
To me excellent service , they brought my grandkids swing set to them right when they said they would
My FedEx "overnight" medical shipment is currently sitting here for the past two days, after it sat in the FedEx Fairless Hills PA warehouse for three days. Nobody at fedex customer service cares when you contact them and they all have a giant attitude problem. This is a clown show and a p!ss poor business. When given future shipping options I will use anyone but FedEx.
