I cannot express to you how horrible this FedEx location is. I would strongly advise against having anything shipped to you FedEx if it goes through this hub. We had a very expensive item coming to us yesterday with adult signature. The driver who showed up late was in a questionable unmarked van. He left the package up next to a separate garage that is not our house, and left. Did not get a signature, and did not even mark it was delivered. My dogs heart meds that he relies on to stay alive are in Fletcher and have been for days. No one answers the phone. Delivery date just keeps getting pushed for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous.
Don’t bother calling, they won’t tell you what is actually happening. The last reason they claim the package was 5 days late was because of weather. It’s been sunny and in the 50’s. The FedEx truck pulled up in my driveway 2 days ago, never got out of the truck.
