I'm begging yall to stop dropping off wrong packages at my house unless you want to start sending me a check for the amount of packages I've had to deliver on your behalf. Better yet, hire me and maybe people would actually get their stuff and not have to complain that it was dropped off at the wrong place.
Suffice to say that I would never recommend FedEx in general, and especially this location in particular, to anyone. Multiple and repeated delivery delays, drivers who do not listen to nor follow directions, and put simply no employee seems to give a crap about any of it. I understand that FedEx is probably nobody's dream job but if you hate it that much then you should find something else to do. Last time I attempted to contact them, I was hung up on. Two separate operations at this location. One operation FedEx shipping is FedEx employees. The FedEx ground for pickup is contract employees. Completely mixed up the customer. The contact employees are not very helpful. The shopping side with FedEx employees is sorry helpful and friendly.
Several meal deliveries have been delayed and some damaged. Refrigerated dog food delay may cause it to spoil. The Bermuda triangle of WNC is the Fletcher FedEx! This can be fixed!
