Zero accountability garbage. FedEx is trash.
This is the worse facility ever! I actually bought some snacks that took a week to get delivered because no one in this facility wanted to deliver them they got moldy and I actually got refunded thankfully by the website for the damaged items. The other horror story with this place is my mom tried to order something they lost it then they had it and it got so bad they had to have the manager deliver it! That was after Covid! This Fed ex is the worst. I would give them negative stars if possible. They got caught throwing packages off side of mountain instead of delivering.
Save yourself the hassle, use UPS or USPS. FedEx has turned into complete GARBAGE. Saying they've attempted multiple deliveries when they haven't even shown up to my door more than once. I'd love to give my neighborhood driver, along with the TERRIBLE customer service, a swift kick in the face.
