They held onto my packages for three days and then dumped them in the middle of the parking lot. Delightful.
They had to try 8 times to deliver. Never again.
Expect your package to be "on the truck for delivery" for weeks with no real updates or explanation as to why it hasn't been delivered. Consistently awful.
Absolutely horrible. Gave me the run around for days. Never got my package. They held my package hostage and gave me multiple excuses. Will avoid using FedEx in the future.
Never trust FedEx with anything important. They overstock their trucks and constantly miss deliveries. Hard to reach customer service. They can't be bothered to care.
