FedEx often delivers packages to our barn or on ground at the mailbox. UPS only delivers to our covered front porch. The delivery drivers drive our gravel roads like they are race car drivers. UPS drivers drive slowly and carefully on our gravel roads. UPS is a much better company for package delivery.
This place sucks as far as their deliveries!! Hardly ever do I get my delivery on time and actually brought to the correct house!! C’mon guys!!! I specifically put in my delivery instructions on the FedEx app that they are to bring the packages to our front porch out of the weather. These clowns either leave my stuff on the side of the road, or they leave it in my yard or they just flat out leave it at the wrong house!! DO NOT USE FED EX IN OR AROUND ASHEVILLE NC!! The Fletcher, NC facility can not be trusted! Yet again... Yet again the Fed Ex facility in Fletcher, NC has screwed me. I paid extra to have my package delivered a day earlier because I need to travel out of state for a funeral, then I find out the store sent it Fed Ex... I knew it... I was going to be screwed. The driver purposely didnt attempt to make a delivery to my house after paying for expedited shipping and they close at 12 on Saturdays so there's no way to pick it up and they aren't taking responsibility for the laziness of a driver
