drivers that deliver are always on there phones with head sets, taklking away to whom every, taking there time, watching my dogs fight dropping the package to provoke them to fight more, while i am trying to get the the door and and control the dogs.
EDIT here we are many months after the hurricane and even though packages arrive at this hub with an ETA of being delivered the next day, your package will instead sit for days before being delivered, but to make sure their numbers look good, they'll mark it as "out for delivery" each day at 2-3am to inconvenience you the receiver but to make it look like they're actually getting packages out the door. We paid a lot extra to have it sent overnight priority and 3 days later they are saying it still might not come. Have not had a good experience yet. Tracking said it was out for delivery all day today but the driver brought it back to the distribution center. Update: after spending hours on the phone they put a hold on the package for the next day so we could pick it up ourselves. Every time I order something the package is driven around all day and never delivered. I order meal delivery boxes so they’re stuck in a hot vehicle all day!
They "can't find" our house for delivery (UPS and USPS have no problem finding it, since it's right here.) Last straw. Never using FedEx again if I can help it.
