Useless. Notified me that a large item was out for delivery, then hours later canceled it. They said I wasn't home when they attempted delivery, which is so wrong. I watched for the truck for several hours. Customer service was no help. I will no longer order from Wayfair until they drop FedEx just like Amazon did.
