First, I’m in Alabama, and second, this location is the worst. If you know you have a package going through ellenwood, Georgia, be prepared for a one or two-day delay. Every single package I’ve received from them has been late. One day, two days, and regular shipping is always late.
Every package I have sent through this place either sits for weeks or gets lost! I am sick of this! 'Smartpost-Ellenwood GA' needs to be shut down! I wish I could give zero stars!
They have me go through hoops about my package going to file a lawsuit if I don’t receive my package
