If fedex doesn’t damage the package then they’ll deliver it to the wrong address. Awful drivers who SPEED through neighborhood and, again, either damage shipments or deliver to wrong address- rendering their service useless.

This facility is an absolute disgrace to the FedEx brand. What should have been a simple two-day delivery turned into a week-long nightmare that required multiple customer service calls just to get basic accountability. Merchants should stop using FedEx SmartPost. Shipments tracked into this place sit with no status update for weeks. The recipient cannot file a claim. It has to be the seller. You call the seller and most of the time they just reship the order.
