Half of my order arrived 24+ hours before the other half. No notifications that part of the order was delivered...ever! DIDN'T follow delivery instructions. When the 2nd half of the order showered up the notification was 4 hours after the different boxes were discovered where they were not to be left at. One of the boxes was ripped, opened & cardboard was missing off the box!!! Broken zip ties inside the box, so said box was not handled properly to allow all to stay intact during transport. my brandy mellville package has been here for ages. HORRIBLE timing if my package is lost I will be filing something this is ridiculous .

So I've been waiting on my package from Hume to be delivered since Thursday. It was scheduled by FedEx to be delivered in Thursday's January 9th. I woke up the morning of the 9th no package, checked my tracking info, only 2 hours away great I thought. Oh no no no here I am on the 11th of January still waiting. If I could give zero stars I would. My son’s Santa gift was to arrive on 12/24 . At 8:32am I received an email- package out for delivery between 3:10pm-5:10pm . I have cameras all around my house nobody showed up. I called customer service(which is A joke) at 6:24pm roughly. The IVR said “ We attempted to deliver your package a request for delivery was put in” #1. No, you didn’t attempt to deliver anything.#2 I did not request a reschedule date. I mistrust FedEx. They need to get it together....worse delivery service ever. Delivery day chaged 5 times.....
