Every package I have sent through this place either sits for weeks or gets lost! I am sick of this! 'Smartpost-Ellenwood GA' needs to be shut down! I wish I could give zero stars!

Horrible experience with FedEx. I ordered a pair of sneakers on May 21st. It is now June 2 & my sneakers are still in Ellenwood, Georgia. They have been at the facility since May 26th... That's almost a week w/o any movement. I tried to call them & was basically told that they don't have any of my info in the system, but my info is on the app including the tracking #. I'm disappointed because I have been using FedEx for years! I'll be using USPS & UPS for now on. At least I can track my packages properly. There is no reason ... read more
