Could this company be any slower? Package has been in delivery status for 4 days now....never happens with usps or ups, or even DHL for that matter! Do better and stop loosing stuff!
As a 6 years veteran that works there in the warehouse, I'll tell you the full truth about this place. They undercut people, they lied to you about raises, unloaders don't get no credit from the mangers no matter how hard you work they always undermined you, they used you for their benefits, only good thing about it, is they got good benefits, and better program for people to go back to college, which is a good thing. If you want to work to make money, go else well like Amazon, but never go full time at this place.
If I could rate lower I would, I’ve been waiting on my package since 7/18/2025 haven’t received it 7/29/2025 only being told it’s out for delivery but on the app it’s been sitting at the same facility asked for a number to the corporate office was told there is none had I known from the beginning that FedEx would be handling my order I would’ve NEVER agreed to that delivery 😡
TV delivered yesterday. They left it outside door without knocking and TV looks like it was thrown around!! Couldn't see it until it was plugged in, but this makes absolutely NO SENSE and it was delivered late twice!
Package has been all over - now appears to be lost. Have tried calling FedEx but you can NOT get to a real person. So frustrating.
