Very unprofessional CSR on the 1800 line. 2 package consisting of 2 recliners and 1 diningroom table mysteriously got returned by to shipper and no documentation for reason why. Also, no one contacted me via phone call, text or email which ALL contact info is listed on my FedEx account with a reason for the return a simple call could have prevented ALL of this. Very sad to see a big reputable company like FEDEX handling customer deliveries so poorly and unprofessional. SAD
If I don’t get my package by Monday, I’m making a police report (my package is three days late based on the initial delivery date) These people are trying to steal my electronics that was sent to me from an employer on day one of dilation. They informed me that there was a problem scanning the label, on day two their excuse was that they are in Concord, which is five hours away from me and it’s going to take time to deliver my package now today on date three they said the package was loaded onto the wrong truck. FedEx is delivering a package that requires a signature and was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd but was delayed until the 5th. No problem and understandable as it is was a holiday weekend. Delivery updated to Sunday the 5th and out for delivery. Late afternoon updated to delivery attempt and no one home despite five people home all day and two large dogs who bark if the doorbell is rung or there is a knock. Concord FEDEX is the final location that delivers to my address. My address is newer that can be found on Google map and Apple. It cannot be found on some others which should be updated. FEDEX attempted to deliver me a package. at 9:01 am 6/12/2026 it says, "Incorrect address, unable to deliver - Returning package to shipper - Please contact shipper/merchant for details," then also, same time 9:01 am it says "out for delivery" at the FEDEX website, and at 10:57 am it says Returning package to shipper.
