TV delivered yesterday. They left it outside door without knocking and TV looks like it was thrown around!! Couldn't see it until it was plugged in, but this makes absolutely NO SENSE and it was delivered late twice!
Package has been all over - now appears to be lost. Have tried calling FedEx but you can NOT get to a real person. So frustrating.
I have had a package sitting at this place for over a week and when I call it is very, very hard to get through to a real person and when you do get to speak to a real person it is someone that you can barely understand and they are probably in another country, I was told that I have to get in touch with the shipper, the place where I bought my merchandise and have them open an investigation, you can’t even reach a person at the facility to talk to to possibly find the package…. if it hasn’t been stolen, I probably called th... read more
