Packages consistently delayed due to “dangerous weather” after being put on the truck and out for delivery. This isn’t just once or twice. This is almost every time. There is no dangerous weather
This is FedEx's idea of a "delivery." We were open with doors unlocked and several cars in the parking lot when this delivery was made. We have had multiple problems with them lately and this is yet one more. We tried to communicate with them but nothing positive has come of it. UPDATE: FedEx made it right and advised it would not happen again.
Every time I have a package to be delivered with fedex out of grand rapids it sits for several days "delayed due to weather". I ve had it sit for mor than 10 days before and can never get through to a real person to talk about it. Just stuck with automation garbage. This company is absolute trash.
