Extremely disappointed with FedEx. My package required a signature, and I was home and available to receive it. The delivery instructions clearly listed my correct address, apartment number, and front door. Instead, the driver went to a completely different building with a different address and left the notice there which is the package room WHERE NO ONE LIVES. FedEx Grand Rapids recently handled 2 shipments to my home from Amazon sellers. Both shipments became lost and ultimately delivered to unknown recipients by a driver who apparently can't understand how to read a delivery label or work a GPS system. When I called "Customer Service", I was treated to 1) a robot that did everything in it's power to prevent me from having a conversation with a genuine human, and 2) finally being connected to a live human in a foreign nation who could barely speak English. If there was an option for zero stars, this place would deserve it. Your driver placed a large package in front of the garage, in full view of the street (the delivery note says it was placed at front door--NOT TRUE). Access to the front door was fully clear, and about 10-12 more steps. In addition, the box was crushed in spots and ripped in others. FedEx quality is non-existent anymore....
