I have been waiting for a package to arrive that says it is out for delivery sence monday. Why is Fedex the one postal company that can't do their damn job
Worst customer service ever! My $800 barstool was supposed to be delivered three days ago. It was delayed twice now and today is number three. You call and have to talk to somebody from India who can only give you the same information that you can get looking it up online. They refuse to let you talk to anybody in Grand Rapids. The package was delayed because of weather, which is freaking bullshit. It was a perfectly sunny day today and they did not deliver again.
