I have been waiting for fedex to show up because they needed a signature for this particular package. Never heard a knock or even someone on the porch when I’ve been downstairs waiting the whole time. Reason why your a Ex fedEX you suck your drivers suck. I had one day delivery and your driver drove rite by my house and didn’t even stop. how embarrassing I can see him on the delivery map he’s already back to base 1 hour before my slotted time ends. Shouldn't be in the business of delivering, at least not on time or intact packages. Last two packages were delayed a day so they could take their sweet time "repackaging." Last one wasn't even repackaged, as the driver spent a couple minutes taping it in his truck, so great lie there. Extremely disappointed with FedEx. My package required a signature, and I was home and available to receive it. The delivery instructions clearly listed my correct address, apartment number, and front door. Instead, the driver went to a completely different building with a different address and left the notice there which is the package room WHERE NO ONE LIVES.
