Waited ALL DAY for my package, consistently checking my driver's location to be ready to sign for my package when he got here. Watching him drive by my house around noon thinking maybe he'll drop back by on the way back. Watched him on the map drive all the way back to the warehouse around 8. Called customer service and they just wanted to tell me it's still coming even though it's 9pm and his location is back at the warehouse for the last hour. Lied and said they tried to delivery my package and business was closed. I am a residential address, was home, and doesn’t require a signature.

BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THIS FEDEX LOCATION. I received a phone call from a FedEx number on Wednesday at 11:47am. The rep told me that the driver wasn’t able to deliver my package because the maintenance people at my old address said I had moved. (That’s true — my apartment flooded and is uninhabitable— but I still get mail and packages there.) I told FedEx over the phone they could either deliver it to my new address or the one on the label — either was fine with me. Every ordee i order from FedEx ends up being a failed attempted delivery when when I am home. No note is left behind or anything no one here's a knock or doorbell ring I doubt they are actually trying to deliver my packages at this point

Last two deliveries have NOT made it to our home - we've had to file claims - either stupid or lazy drivers.
