BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THIS FEDEX LOCATION. I received a phone call from a FedEx number on Wednesday at 11:47am. The rep told me that the driver wasn’t able to deliver my package because the maintenance people at my old address said I had moved. (That’s true — my apartment flooded and is uninhabitable— but I still get mail and packages there.) Every ordee i order from FedEx ends up being a failed attempted delivery when when I am home. No note is left behind or anything no one here's a knock or doorbell ring I doubt they are actually trying to deliver my packages at this point
Last two deliveries have NOT made it to our home - we've had to file claims - either stupid or lazy drivers.
The drivers will mark packages as customer not available or business closed when they haven't even attempted the delivery. Fedex used to be good. Now they are the worst. Ontrac or UniUni can probably do better than Fedex.
Horrible Hub, extremely unreliable and drivers decide on a whim if they are going to attempt to deliver your package or not.
