This facility is slow and regressing mentally because of the lack of seriousness they take their customers and also that their drivers are redundant and a joke. I’ve been inside the building the system is meh too! Everyone always pointing fingers but FedEx never holds themselves accountable and that’s fine because this shows how unprofessional they are and if this keeps up legal matters are going to turn into jackpots ;)

Genuinely every time I have the misfortune of having FedEx deliver my packages, there’s always something wrong with them. Five out of the last four of my packages have been late, damaged or delivered to the wrong address. Customer service isn’t really helpful either.

Horrible store!!! They have tried to deliver a package for over 5 days and each day have an excuse. I have tried to call but all I get is a run around. Disgusting customer service and no one at this location on balls first road area answers the phone or calls me back. Will never use fed exp again or recommend them ever again. I am still waiting to receive my package but am giving up hope. Would give zero stars if I could
