Place is so trash... they'll leave your package sitting for days... DAYS..... when I'm literally down the street and then give you no updates just "Still on the way, working on new delivery date" this whole place needs to be thrown away and start over.
How is fedex still in business..why do people use them
Says package delivered but it’s not there and there’s no picture.
This facility is slow and regressing mentally because of the lack of seriousness they take their customers and also that their drivers are redundant and a joke. I’ve been inside the building the system is meh too! Everyone always pointing fingers but FedEx never holds themselves accountable and that’s fine because this shows how unprofessional they are and if this keeps up legal matters are going to turn into jackpots ;)
