FedEx ground has been worst so far. I setup a return pickup last week for Monday, September 21st btw 8a-8p and it's Tuesday 22nd at 742p and still no pickup. Then I was told over the phone by customer service that was " tracking" the driver told me a driver should be there by 740p( yesterday). Well , that never happened. So the rep called FedEx hub around 745...no answer shut down for the night. WTH...why have a big gap on the pickup knowing your trucks going be back and done before that 8p. The reviews speak for themselves. Quit hiring lazy people that don't complete their route. 4th time I order something and FedEx is used and the same thing happens. Says on the truck for delivery but no delivery!

Place is so trash... they'll leave your package sitting for days... DAYS..... when I'm literally down the street and then give you no updates just "Still on the way, working on new delivery date" this whole place needs to be thrown away and start over.
