Expecting wine delivery on March 12 and requires signature, but get notice late afternoon that they can't deliver due to dangerous weather. It's cloudy! No rain. No snow. They say they'll deliver tomorrow...when dangerous weather is expected, so I doubt I will see it. This is the second delivery that is delayed. Frustrating! I have much better service from USPS.

They constantly have to reschedule deliveries. Use other shipping companies.
We had an overnight shipment of live animals, tropical fish that were not delivered on the 26th of Nov. We spent 8 hours on the phone with Fed Ex and Petco. Neither one of these companies can that the LIVE ANIMALS WE NOT DELIVERED. Today is the 28th of November, and there is still no delivery. Fed ex driver excuses are... 1. Can't find the address.
