Delays in shipping and AI answering service supported by over seas call center
Fedex is a bad shipping company. I called 2 times to see where my packages are at, both times they hung up on me. And it always wrong address or can't find the address. I dont know why company's use FedEx. I literally have to look for the fedex driver to get my packages in the pass. Those drivers just don't care. And they are lazy too.
After 6 years of great service and customer care something has really gone wrong. I wouldn’t recommend FedEx to my worst enemy at this point they are rude, unhelpful and unfit to provide any service let alone priority world class shipping. There are issues at this FedEx hub according to the FedEx store in town. The number of unexplained delivery exceptions and failed delivery windows has resulted in a rash of bad reviews like mine. The AI operator who cannot and will not sort your problem frustrates customers even more. The person who responds to this review with “we are sorry. Please call 1-800-fedex so we can sort your problem” knows this is a dead end too, but here it comes anyway:
Owning a business and needing you’re Herbalife Product immediately and paying extra to receive them on time with FEDEX is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! If I could receive my packages, any other way, I definitely would!!! But Herbalife only deals with FEDEX… What infuriates me the most is when my packages sit in the FEDEX warehouse for two days and you pay for overnight delivery. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
