There are issues at this FedEx hub according to the FedEx store in town. The number of unexplained delivery exceptions and failed delivery windows has resulted in a rash of bad reviews like mine. The AI operator who cannot and will not sort your problem frustrates customers even more. The person who responds to this review with “we are sorry. Please call 1-800-fedex so we can sort your problem” knows this is a dead end too, but here it comes anyway:
Owning a business and needing you’re Herbalife Product immediately and paying extra to receive them on time with FEDEX is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! If I could receive my packages, any other way, I definitely would!!! But Herbalife only deals with FEDEX… What infuriates me the most is when my packages sit in the FEDEX warehouse for two days and you pay for overnight delivery. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
The tracking status shows “Delivery exception – Customer not available or business closed.” However, the delivery address is a hotel, and the front desk is staffed 24/7, so someone is always available to receive packages. Additionally, the photo provided by the driver does not appear to be taken anywhere near the hotel. It looks like it was taken inside the delivery vehicle, rather than at the delivery location.
Brandon is the worst delivery driver ever fire him.
This is not a regular fedex store. If you were unavailable to sign for a package, you can have it held here for pick up. You park in the lot north of the building, ring a buzzer by the gate. The gate buzzer is well signed. You ring, give the dude who responds your door tag or tracking number and theyll bring your package out. Took them about 10mins to bring out my package. Went at 4:30pm on a wednesday. No sweat
