FedEx is completely incompetent. More often than not, my package is delivered to the wrong address. Do your trucks have GPS? Are you just slow? New? Ridiculous….
FedEx has caused me more grief than good. Only one driver (Robert, who is contracted) delivers reliably here. All too common for them to deliver to the wrong address. So very incompetent. I am absolutely sick of filing claims with companies over their failures. Get it together, FEDEX!!

Parcel arrived Several days later than initial delivery date. Updates were inaccurate. Even lied and said there were weather delays when it was 60° and sunny for days in a row. Very disappointed in FedEx delivery. Not the actual delivery person, but the delivery process.
