Parcel arrived Several days later than initial delivery date. Updates were inaccurate. Even lied and said there were weather delays when it was 60° and sunny for days in a row. Very disappointed in FedEx delivery. Not the actual delivery person, but the delivery process.

I’ve had to place 3 orders with the merchant because FedEx is totally incompetent in delivering packages. I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with the 800 number trying to get my packages. Finally got through to this facility one day last week, and the employee convinced me to change the delivery address to THEIR address so she could “hand deliver” my package to our driver to assure me that I’d get it. My package was supposedly put on a truck for delivery at 5:49 AM Monday, January 27, 2025 and it still has not been delivered. The road from my address to them is clear. Incompetent employees need to be fired.
