Montae Franklin provided service above and beyond. He was so helpful when helping me print my documents and the binding options. He walked me through each step and was a joy to work with.

Had to go here to pick up package and the employee tried to argue with me , not professional at all, they put a label on my door with no address on it to pick up package. You have to call

Do NOT use Fed Ex, period! Especially this office. I ordered a phone over the internet and the package went missing/delivered to the wrong address/stolen and they did not even call me or send me info!
