The last nine deliveries with FedEx have been to the wrong address. At this point it has stopped being a failure, and instead has become an outright refusal to perform the most basic of tasks. Customer service refuses to do anything, telling me that I need to contact the shipper like somehow it's their fault the delivery drivers don't know their numbers.
It's was nice
Do not deliver in a timely manner. Could not be any ruder if you try to contact them. You have to go through multiple attempts not to allow you to talk with a person. When you finally get a person on the phone, they DO NOT CARE, ARE RUDE, DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM, THEN HANG UP. This is in regards to a On Running purchase. On Running is just as bad. IF YOU CAN AVOID FEDEX GROUND YOU WILL BE A HAPPIER PRSON.
