ALWAYS take pictures of the door being closed before you even hook on. They have holes cut to stick your phones in and take pics before you hook on

A lovely young man promptly brought my packages out to me, and he fixed the delivery issue we had been having for the last 6 years!! Very pleased!!!

Customer service and delivery service sucks. Had my item on the truck on 2/17. Saw the truck pass by my house with out dropping off. Called customer service to figure out if it wouldn’t be delivered I would pick up at warehouse two times, both times told me it was on the truck and would be delivered. Still not here 2/21. Terrible service I would use USPS over FedEx any day!

Was told with original tracking number that the package would be delivered on 2/21. Only for it to show up on 2/17 with no notice and a required signature. We were home but the delivery driver did not knock on the door to notify us he was there. To top it off, the receiver does not have the right to adjust the course to a fedex pickup location. This would of been an amazing job 👏 but they wouldn't help with there glitch in there background check which never would let me fill out even when I called the 1800 number they even said it was error in app so I can say anything on this company thank u
