“No attempt made” 5 days in a row with several packages being delayed and for whatever reason not delivered. Even seen the truck go by a few times Update: watched driver all day today via the ‘live tracking’ and he came close, but finally turned around and went back to Joplin around 730, making it 5 days in a row where my package went out for delivery and no attempt was made to deliver it . Would give 0star if I could

Why cant i give a ZERO? ZERO customer service! ZERO help! ZERO ability to deliver my package! Loading package on truck for delivery and canceling delivery after NO attempt 5 STARS! Multiple times loading package on truck then canceling WITHOUT ATTEMPT to deliver 5 STARS!! ZERO ability to give an explanation why NO ATTEMPT to deliver was made 5 STARS! WORTHLESSNESS 5 STARS! Go UPS!! He'll, give me DHL!!

It wasn't all to bad, but there is a metal sign that reads "Side Door Please". Its a little corner HOUSE where the steps are at.They put the pkg next to the sign that you see on the door. So they had to see the sign. I sure hope this employee can read, or he will have more problems but not from me. So I give them a 4 🌟 and hope next time its at the side door.
