HORRIBLE
I have now tried to order the same product twice (which enables me to work remotely and connect to my company's network). Both times it was shipped via Fedex standard overnight. First time on April 29th and second time on May 22nd. And they have lost the $100 package both times. I called in multiple times, no one takes accountability. Dropped my package in my driveway even though it states delivered at front door. Had no notification of delivery because my doorbell cam didn't pick it up and it was pouring rain, which led to my package being soaked by the time we saw it. I’ve had dozens of packages delivered since I moved here 3 months ago (Amazon, fedex, ups, etc) and EVERY single one has been delivered to my front door like it should.
