Zero if i could. Fed in Columbia lies and says they couldn't find the address when i get packages all of the time. Needles to say they then turn around and deliver packages opened thinking they were smart phones. They also lie when updating the online account by saying the customer requested a delivery date change! Why would i order next day service if i wanted it in two days??????? O Stars! Absolutely terrible drivers. Disrespectful to speed limits and just this morning I was flipped off (middle finger) by a FedEx driver passing me (speeding) as I was checking my mail. I have tried voicing my concerns three different times to the FedEx driver complaint line with no response back from FedEx regarding my concerns.
So I ordered a Galaxy Watch from Spectrum this past weekend, two of them actually. One came just fine no problems at all. My husband went and ordered one the next day after i ordered mine, it shipped and made its way through North Carolina and Columbia SC where we live and now it’s “magically missing”. No one can find it, no one knows where it is, it hasn’t been scanned since August 20th and it was supposed to have been delivered Wednesday past by 8 pm anddddd it was not. Driver service from this location is horrible. For second time in three weeks came home to find our packages left on top of the mailbox down by the road on a rainy day. Had I not come back when I did packages would have been ruined. And driver noted on delivery notice that packages were delivered to front door. Lying and lazy. Didn't even make an attempt to put them anywhere near the porch. If I could give less than one star I would. All I can do is not do business with shippers who use Fed Ex.
