This location needs to be investigated because packages are always missing and they claim they can’t find them. SOMEBODY STEALING THE PACKAGES AND HOPEFULLY THIS MATTER GETS ESCALATED VERY SOON!
Your Drivers doing 50mph through truck stops are going to kill people and result in massive Lawsuits!
I can't rate this low enough. The worst FedEx in the country, likely the world. These people can't read giant signs that say drop box with their logo on it. Instead they drive right past the sign and up to the house, get scared by the dogs and immediately leave. No note. No attempt. No reading. No fs given. Then they mark it attempted delivery and now I have to wait until Monday when I needed it for tomorrow.
