Every time my package is late is from FedEx and from this Ooltewah hub. FedEx tracking is never accurate. Arrived 6am to the hub and it’s next day and it still there. What are yall doing?! When I call they just tell me I can’t go there to pick it up myself
Ordered an outside couch and driver said they attempted delivery but didn't not deliver because no one was there. I was there and no signature was required! I wasn't aware they could just not deliver a package and say no one was there.
If I could give them a 0 I would. They don't know how to deliver. That expect google to help them. My address number is on the front of my porch. Yet they delivered it right next door. Google you need to update your directions drivers need to look at addresses. They tried to blame it on the one I ordered from. My grandson does not like the word STUPID but yep gonna use it that was STUPID
