Great for shipping in a rush
They keep delivering to my neighbors and now we’ve literally lost two packages because of them. When will they get the address right then you can’t call to speak to someone at the actual store if y’all see this message me or something cause is Absolutely ridiculous
Package was destroyed fedex didn't want to report it they did absolutely nothing so I couldn't receive a refund or replace my order a week and half later had to drive to fedex to get something done
If there was a way to give FedEx a rating of zero, I would choose it. Despite multiple signs in my driveway, saying please take packages to the front door, FedEx continues to leave packages on top of our trashcan by the lower garages at the house. I’m considering putting a sign up that says no FedEx deliveries!
