The driver who picks up at the Ooltewah facility and delivers to Chatsworth is blatantly dishonest and ignores specific delivery instructions. He has thrown packages into the ditch by the mailbox and delivered expensive orders to the mailbox while ignoring the instructions to deliver to the side steps or wheelchair ramp.
