for 5 days, they say they will be arriving but then the driver says "no attempt made." I think they don't want to come to my location because I'm in the mountains. Instead of call me or figure it out, they have me on an endless loop. I had a mattress ordered for my mom and now she has nothing to sleep on when she arrives.

We have lived at our current address for 8 years! During that time we have had thousands of dollars of packages mis-delivered out of this Chattanooga distribution center to a dangerous residential address which shares one word in common with our address but is about 10 miles away. The mis-deliveries renders packages unrecoverable per the local Sheriff’s department. Their guys do not have enough PC to enter the home where our packages are being received to search for the items. Said they delivered package at front door took picture of mailbox over 500ft away with no package in the picture. Can't talk to customer service person, phone just keeps looping call around and around. Not the 1st time they have delivered to wrong address.

If zero was an option, I’d put that instead of a one star. Drivers are lazy and liars because not once did they arrive to my resident address tried delivering my packages. I didn’t even get it delivered to my address because I had to drive to the facility in Ooltewah, TN and picked them up instead. Shout out to the one guy there who actually did his job and help me retrieve my packages.
