FedEx left my package at the wrong address. My address is easy to find, there is no excuse. I can't get a human to answer the phone now. Fedex sucks!

Ever time I have a package from Fed Ex to be delivered by a specific day it never is delivered. It will say restricted didn’t try to deliver. This is because either the driver doesn’t want to drive from Ooltewah, Tn. To Reliance, Tn on a Friday or Saturday and punches this remark into his handheld. This is unacceptable. This is the worst place to drop of your FedEx packages don’t go there waste of your time first you have to call them from an internal cubical room phone and tell them you have a packages to drop off it took an employee another 10 mins to come to the window to pick up but since I had big boxes it would not go through 1x1x1 feet window so he had came around the corner with what looks like a golf buggy it took another 5 mins to complete the drop off in total it took me from getting into their uninformed parking lot where to dro... read more
