Watched driver deliver my package to the wrong address. Had to go pick up my package from the neighbors house

Left Chewy prescription medication on the ground- driveway. Plastic bin is provided for deliveries, so drivers don’t need to take a long driveway to the house. The only possible explanation is that driver was playing a games and thought that we did not see it and run through it with our cars. Disgusting behavior!

I have a temperature sensitive package that comes monthly that is always left at my door, never needed an id before. Suddenly yesterday rather than leaving it as they should have it’s now requiring an id. It’s dog food, why do you need an id. It’s been delivered to this address multiple times over the past 8 months and I’ve never had this issue. To top it off I can’t get a person in the phone to speak to because it’s an automated system.

I was suppose to get a package today, did not have to be signed for, I was home all day, I got an email saying they were unable to deliver my package because I wasn’t home!! They did but come it would be on my camera, they also said I had the package but on hold, I did not.

I have a ring camera that shows a driver coming to my front door . He did not ring the doorbell or even knock . He stuck a note on the door stating "failed attempt to deliver" This is unacceptable behavior from a delivery service. I have had great service from them in the past but this was shear laziness from the driver and it was a very important delivery. The drivers should know they are ALWAYS on camera these days and for this reason they should ALWAYS do the job correctly.
