Packages are always beat up!!
Great place
I waited 3 hours to sign for my package. Terrence put a sticker on the front door without knocking and then drove away. The sticker said we weren’t home, I was 5 ft from the door in the house; never heard a sound from him.
I had a 125 lb package delivered on a day that was a it rained like crazy. I was gone and left a dolly with a tarp on it. Left a note for the driver to please throw the tarp over package. The driver went above and beyond and drug it up 4 steps onto to my porch and set the package under my 2’ soffit overhang. It stayed nice and dry. Excellent service. And delivered 2 days ahead of schedule
