Worst delivery service ever. Never arrives on day it is supposed to plus I order frozen food. What are you doing about that?????

Worst shipping service in Ventura. We can count on FedEx to drive by and not deliver packages more often than they do deliver packages. I try and tell all our vendors to not use FedEx because of this. They've also gone out of their way to make it impossible to call in to the main distribution office to get information on our shipments. They are hands down the worst delivery service in town.

Several.times now they have come by, stuck delivery notice on door and disappeared. We were in the entry by the door; my son sitting in a chair for 5 hours and never heard them. Drove to warehouse and was told I'd have to wait another day. 😡 The driver did howevet show up late in the afternoon and was very apologetic and courteous so that was definitely a Plus on his part.☺️👍🏻

My Last three deliveries were to the wrong address. Luckily, my neighbors were honest & trustworthy & called me to get my packages. Today, I took off work waiting on a package and I get a text saying "we tried to deliver, but nobody was there" Now, it's a package that doesn't need a signature, so if that was the case that you tried to deliver but nobody was home, I mean, that doesn't make sense. I've been sitting here waiting and a fedex driver never came by. I have a ring doorbell and it doesn't show the fedex driver coming... read more
