Harassed by a FedEx employee/driver from this location. Filed a complaint. Two weeks of back and forth, waiting 24-48 hours per exchange. They closed the ticket saying not enough information, after notifying me that they would provide an update via phone/email without having received neither. Nothing is yet to be done regarding the FedEx employee and I am still having to be in contact with folks who does not care about their customers getting harassed and do nothing about it to find a resolution. Employee Michael Vasquez was riding his e-bike illegally on the sidewalk when he accosted me a 65 year old man and cussed and yelled because I was walking on the sidewalk he wasn’t supposed to be riding his e-bike on. He then threatened me, and cut me off from walking away, then accused me a 65 year old man of assaulting him.
Driver refused to take 10oz ground package driver explained the manager tells them not too, this company is a joke. Bad business practice "amurika"
My package required a signature, but the delivery driver (Daniel) failed to ring my doorbell and just left a sticker on my door telling me that I missed my delivery with no info on where to pickup the package or when it will be re-delivered. I needed it today & rearranged my schedule to be home to receive it. The Customer service hotline is absolutely worthless — 10 minutes of ripping my hair out bc the automation won’t transfer me to a human. Absolute garbage that I hope goes out of business.
