My package required a signature, but the delivery driver (Daniel) failed to ring my doorbell and just left a sticker on my door telling me that I missed my delivery with no info on where to pickup the package or when it will be re-delivered. I needed it today & rearranged my schedule to be home to receive it. The Customer service hotline is absolutely worthless — 10 minutes of ripping my hair out bc the automation won’t transfer me to a human. Absolute garbage that I hope goes out of business.
worst delivery service. has went to the wrong door three times on redeliveries and have yet to get a door tag on my door. still have yet to receive it and it supposed to be here 4 days ago.
I had a package that was missing some of the address. FedEx personnel went above and beyond to see that I got my package as I was leaving for out of state asap. Great job FedEx Ground!
