My 86 year old mother who has cancer medication delivered, that is temperature sensitive and shipped with ice packs. The driver leave the packages beside the mail box instead of delivering to the home. We live in a rural area and if not for mowing grass we one more time would not have found the package before the medication got heated at which time it is useless at $5600 a pop and this has happened 5 times over last year costing tax payers $28,000 dollars and my mother not getting her much needed medication on time. I kept getting someone who didn't understand English. They need to have someone to have customer support in here
FedEx has become a complete joke. Have people medication being thrown into empty pastures, packages being delivered to the wrong address, packages not being delivered at all, receiving other people's packages and not our own. I hate finding out that FedEx will be the one delivering any package i order. Example: I ordered a couple things from Walmart that had to be shipped and it was a no contact leave at the door type delivery. Fedex shows up but doesn't leave my package. Steal or "lose" your packages after giving you the run around for 2 weeks with no answers as to why they can't deliver them, and tell you "oh well" about it after admitting they've lost/stolen it. 100% of my packages through FedEx suffer the same fate. Zero issues with UPS or USPS delivering, we're not THAT rural.
I had a delivery today. Got driver on my home camera, pushing my package out of the back of the truck and letting it fall on the ground. I was thinking she would put it on the porch. Nope ! She left it on the ground. To make the delivery experience worse, it started raining. So my package is in the yard getting wet, while I’m not home !!
