I refused a package and did everything Fed Ex instructed me to do to have it returned to the sender. On the day of delivery, the driver was upset about it and left with my package. Fed Ex ended up coming back the next day and deliberately snuck around to my back door and left it at my trash can without knocking. I can’t even find a number to speak to the manager and get answers.
They constantly change delivery dates daily even when your stuff has been loaded every day on a truck and is out for delivery! Seriously how many days should I have to wait for shit that was paid for?! Christmas time was extremely bad rescheduled every day for over a week! Absolutely ridiculous!
