Damn, the second package they took to the wrong house this week and they weren't even near my neighborhood. What a joke. UPS's time to shine.
It's like they hire the laziest people to work for them. Had a package out for delivery that weighs150lbs. The driver at 4pm marks it as address incorrect. I called your useless support and got told "the address is not on the label" then at 4am the next day you mark it as label damaged and replaced. Im looking at the original label under the packing tape and can clearly read the address on it that you said "was missing" so I looked it over to find the "replaced label" and there isn't one.
