We receive a lot of packages at work, and our driver Brandon is great, but their warehouse holds our packages most of the time. They scan them around 4:00 am + claim we’re not open—which is frustrating as they’re supplies or inventory we’re waiting on. This has been happening for well over a year + calling the 800 number is useless. It’s evident they need more warehouse help and drivers as they’re struggling to keep up.

FedEx reported they left a package on Front porch, there wasn't a package on the front or back porch. I walked all around the house No Package. We live about 500 feet off the road and it was dark, so with flashlights, my husband and I headed to the road. Yep, there it was laying along side of the road. Good job FedEx!
