Sick of fedex leaving my packages next door at the community center where there is nobody living and sick of delivery attempts failed!!! What kind of out fit do they run???? Packages come dirty and smell
Their drivers lie, they don’t deliver but make believe that the recipient refuse packages, that the facility is closed, the never rearmed by say they will. Horrible service.
There is no package drop off there ever. No one works there or awnser the phone tried 5 times in 2 weeks during the day before lunch after work you name it They are a big waste of space on neelytowm road.
I work from home, my desk is right by a window, and extremely close to my front door. NOONE entered the complex at the time my package said it was delivered. I walked outside, around the building, and there's absolutely nothing was there. I didn't even get a delivery photo! But I learned that these employees will mark packages as delivered despite not getting to your home yet, so that their metrics look better.
