There is no option to give 0 stars. Every single time I come for pick up (power only) I have to wait 5, 6 and up to 10 hours after my appointment.
If I could I would give no stars, one of the worst places ever, no truck parking and load is always late by hours… terrible place

I would like to leave no stars. The fedex in Chatham county, GA is horrible! My package was put out for delivery, then sent back and was not even attempted to be delivered. The customer service is a mockery of no accountability for their faults. They mislabeled my package and have the gaul to blame the sender when they were the ones to relabel the package in their care.
