By far the worst shipping company known to man. I live in broad river village apartments in Beaufort sc and either the driver is to lazy to take it upstairs, doesn’t care, bad attitude or tosses packages around damaging products or stealing from my packages. Filed complaints but nothing has been done.

This company is horrible. I have complained 4 times about the driver who delivers to my complex. She’s caused my package to get stolen 4 times because she’s so lazy to walk up stairs and deliver it.

Every company that does business solely with FedEx needs to stop using them, this facility is run so poorly it's a disgrace and disservice. I've worked in warehousing and logistics for years and years, and before I moved down here FedEx was my go to service. Now it takes at least several days extra to get packages. I could run this facility in my sleep better as a single person than the whole management team actively employed seems to be able to.
