Huge delivery problem. My package sat at this facility for 10 days while they marked it undeliverable. Hard to deliver it when they never even sent it to the correct city of Beaufort. The address was correct both times I called. Not once was I contacted and not once was it ever marked "out for delivery". They ended up sending my package back to California rather than deliver to the correct address in Beaufort. Now I have to go through Home Depot to get a refund or redelivered. This fed ex is absolutely horrible and the workers they have online and 90% worse!! They marked my package as delivered ON TUESDAY August 4th 2026 and it was actually never delivered I opened a case and called and they told me they’ll look into it.
