FedEx driver stole my iPhone. He was supposed to get a signature. My packaged was signed for by “U. Smith” and I saw him toss it on the ground by the door then run off before I could stop him. The tape on the bottom of the shipping box was obviously removed and reapplied. The iPhone box inside the shipping box was cut open and the phone was gone.
Delivery driver claimed to deliver my package to my residence. Someone was at the residence all day, and no FedEx delivery was attempted. Trying to get resolved has been impossible. Customer no service.
Y’all need to do better. This is terrible and disgusting.!!! There wasn’t even toilet paper!! I’ll try and not be back.💯 waiting on preload trailer to get loaded been here for 6 hours probably be here more idk
