Currently have a package stuck and delayed at this “purgatory” of a FedEx location for 5 days. Having a poor reputation and playing with peoples important packages for this long is sickening. Will be contacting the CEO Raj Subramaniam by corporate email directly in hopes to remedy this ridiculous, ongoing issue. Please care and do better
