Repeatedly can't find my address despite my using FedEx Delivery Manager. Switch to my business address and they still can't deliver. No institutional knowledge from one problem delivery to the next. "Customer service" number tries as hard as it can to not give you a live person, and when you finally DO get a live person (if you Google how to trick the system) they can' give you any more information than you can get by running the tracking number yourself. My package is shown to be at their terminal 10 days ago. Still don't have it. I can't call and talk to anyone.
Why is your package late? Probably because it's stuck here. Next time UPS.
I need to speak to a Supervisor that works directly at this Perrysburg location about their delivery driver. Every time I call I am transferred to someone who does not live in the United States.
They suck always have delays you don't even put my packages in my mailbox or on my porch
