One star. My package made it to the Perrysburg facility at 6:04 in the morning on the exact day FedEx said it was supposed to be delivered. Then somehow it just sat there and the delivery got pushed back an entire day with no actual explanation, no reported exception, nothing. What exactly is the point of giving customers an expected delivery date if a package can make it to the local facility early that morning and FedEx still can’t manage to get it delivered? Always delivered to my alley and put with my trash cans like trash. They literally walk past my front door (that I made sure says LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR) just to put it with the trash cans. Have made 3 formal complaints with case numbers and everything and have never received a call back.
Never had a problem with them
Live in apartment, complex, left a note on the door cause our building is a secured building. I'm told the driver the bell does not work to the inside of the apartments needs to contact me, left phone number orr told him to just leave the package and they drive right by never left package fedex sucks
The driver left the 50 pound box outside the building where it could be stolen instead of following delivery instructions to bring it to the 3rd floor apt. door. This is the SECOND TIME in a month FedEx did this. Do better.
