Changed my delivery time today 3 times. Then shows up before delivery time when no one was home. Didn't leave a door hanger or note. Just a picture. And now they say delivery is tomorrow before 8pm. They are worse than the cable guy.
Horrible service. They could care less.
FedEx once again delivered my packages wrong again. I have only an issue with them. UPS & regular mail do it just fine. I constantly have to argue with fedex every time about a delivery. They always deliver to my neighbors house which is clearly marked. Plus we are a business (tree farm) yet my packages clearly labeled ANDES NURSERY but don't give them to the house with all the trees, lets deliver it to the one on a 50x100lot with no trees. We have a garage that is closer to the road, our house sits another 200ft behind it. ... read more
I had no idea how to even get in the place. Had to drop off a package so I ended up going to the Dollar general in loyalsock . An odd place to drop off But the girl in there was super helpful and took care of everything.
