I’m giving a four star review because the time of delivery is never accurate. I’m giving my delivery man Jacob a five star review! He is careful with packages, respectful, friendly, and an obvious hard worker. While my previous driver wouldn’t deliver to my house because it was “ on a scary hill!” Jacob delivered at 8:00 pm, obviously tired and suffering from the intense heat but still wished me a good evening as he handed me my package. The last driver didn’t work past 4:00 pm and I would have to meet him in a town 7 miles ... read more

I will never ship a package from FedEx again my package arrived and it was open and was gone through half of my stuff and it was missing So I guess the driver had went through it and this is in Georgia

The FedEx guy is wonderful. Walmart should've sent me a pre-paid label for a return, but kept referring me to "Print Label". If I'd been able to PRINT a LABEL I would have, but my vehicle has had issues & I can't get anywhere to print a label (as I had written Walmart). My FedEx guy, [no, I don't know him I've just moved to Pennsylvania] but he kindly stopped the day before my scheduled pick-up to see if he could possibly help; unfortunately, he couldn't. Driver named Delbert had my package and was around my house all day and made NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER AND goes home for the day. Watched him on the FedEx map and he was a block away with my package and didn't deliver it. Will not be using any service that ships FedEx!
