I’ve tried numerous times to contact someone because my packages are being delivered on the road or at the entrance of my driveway instead of at the door. My husband is a cancer patient and cannot walk down to the end of the driveway to pick the boxes up. They’re too heavy. I have fresh food delivered for my dog and medications that are delivered to the house and they get left out at the entrance of the driveway almost on the road. And I’m unable to connect with anybody from FedEx to find out what’s going on

Fedex sucks, use ups... every time I have a package from FedEx they screw it up. When I have packages from ups that require signature they call ahead and give ample notice when they will be here. They also will drop packages in town for convenient pick up if needed. The people at ups are always easy to deal with, complete opposite of fedex. Fedex shows up with signature required packages in the middle of the work day with no notice. Refuse to have the delivery driver return or meet anywhere that is convenient. Half of my order was delivered. Driver said that the rest was on a different truck and it should arrive same day - she could not fit it. It never arrived, two days later, still waiting.... no people to call, the call bot literally hangs up on me, the chat bot can't help - refers me to the call bot - who refers me to the chat bot etc. I even found a fed ex driver, who also said that they can't help..., it was great. I hope to no longer use Fed Ex after a recent experience. Package was sent to several locations, never to correct address. Talked with representative, unable to understand accent, in Tennessee and I am in Nevada. Took multiple calls and chaos and still unsure if package will arrive. Local employees in Nevada confused and have also given me incorrect information.
