I hope to no longer use Fed Ex after a recent experience. Package was sent to several locations, never to correct address. Talked with representative, unable to understand accent, in Tennessee and I am in Nevada. Took multiple calls and chaos and still unsure if package will arrive. Local employees in Nevada confused and have also given me incorrect information.
FedEx SUCKS. They constantly misdeliver and you CANNOT reach a live person at their 800 #. Ridiculous.

Blake's Express speeds through our 25mph neighborhood every day. In addition, they consistently deliver our FedEx packages to our nextdoor neighbor's house. They even sat in the truck and watched my neighbor carry my package to our house in front of their eyes. I've left numerous feedback on this issue with zero improvement.
