I live right next to this place. Package was out for delivery since 2 AM. It is 6PM right now. I still have not received.
Driver DID NOT follow simple instructions as to where my package was to be left! When calling out to him, he completely ignored me! FedEx sucks! Always has!
What a horrific experience with bad systems in place. I ordered an item for $480 that I had to send back. The seller created a label but I had to drop it off at 3155 Grissom pkwy FedEx Ground due to it having a big battery in it. So a standard FedEx drop of location cannot accept them where they do scan and hand you a receipt for proof of dropping it off.
