Took off work to get a package, didnt get emailed till 5pm that it was now the next day...
FedEx Ground driver is terrible. He drops packages any were he wants to. Does not even notify me that package is here. Will not ever pick up returns, truck is always to fulll!!!! If I could not use FedEx Groud I would.
FedEx delivery has been extremely frustrating. We scheduled our day around the delivery window they provided. Friday they showed up early, wouldn’t leave the package, and left. I called customer service and asked them to please come during the time window they send. Today the email said 1:30–2:30 PM, but the driver showed up at 11:15 AM. If I could leave a ‘0’ I would. FedEx keeps sending me messages stating they cannot leave my packages at my residence since “it’s a business”. It’s my residence! You cannot get a human on the phone. Their automated system is worthless. It’s a $800 order. This company is Horid.
