This company can't deliver a package on time, customer service workers, lie.! Even the US post office provides better service.

Driver delivered my package at a random house (Not My Address) and even took a picture. fedex overseas "support" claimed they need 3+ Business days to "investigate" instead of just looking at the GPS. No way to contact the shipping office directly have to go through the agents in the Philippines and wait for an "update". This is the 2nd time fedex screws up one of my packages. Also the shipping office is located almost 2 hours away from me.

Fedex opens more then 90% of my packages before I receive them, from purposely opening them or poking finger holes inside my package to feel my product or just my package has been thrown and ran over so many times that you guys re wrap the entire packages in what looks to be 3 or 4 rolls of tape. The other 10% is flat out broken. Worst delivery service in the world. the employees are beyond unprofessional, from throwing packages, unsafe driving practices, and pure lack of respect for not only the customer but to themselves. ... read more

If this is the FEDex that does deliveries day two of my package not being delivered and received emails stating that it was out for delivery. This is unsatisfactory.

Never a good experience with any shipments coming from this center. Always either damaged packaging, past-8pm delivery, or tracking simply shuts off with no delivery date once center has custody of package. On the rare occasions tracking is ”accurate” for roughly 3-5 days after expected delivery date it will be “out for delivery” but will end up with a “no attempt made, returned to facility”.
