Driver DID NOT follow simple instructions as to where my package was to be left! When calling out to him, he completely ignored me! FedEx sucks! Always has!
What a horrific experience with bad systems in place. I ordered an item for $480 that I had to send back. The seller created a label but I had to drop it off at 3155 Grissom pkwy FedEx Ground due to it having a big battery in it. So a standard FedEx drop of location cannot accept them where they do scan and hand you a receipt for proof of dropping it off. I drove over to drop of the package where they had a fenced in property and you had to call them to come out to the gate to take the package from you. I asked for a receipt... read more
Package has been sitting at the cocoa facility for 3 days undelivered. One 800 customer service line is worthless, won't give out the local number. Agent told me that they don't have an address, but couldn't explain why it went from California to Cocoa, Florida without an address. Package is 6 days overdue.
