FedEx delivery has been extremely frustrating. We scheduled our day around the delivery window they provided. Friday they showed up early, wouldn’t leave the package, and left. I called customer service and asked them to please come during the time window they send. Today the email said 1:30–2:30 PM, but the driver showed up at 11:15 AM. If I could leave a ‘0’ I would. FedEx keeps sending me messages stating they cannot leave my packages at my residence since “it’s a business”. It’s my residence! You cannot get a human on the phone. Their automated system is worthless. It’s a $800 order. This company is Horid.
I live right next to this place. Package was out for delivery since 2 AM. It is 6PM right now. I still have not received.
Driver DID NOT follow simple instructions as to where my package was to be left! When calling out to him, he completely ignored me! FedEx sucks! Always has!
