At approx 1:15 on 1-4-26, I observed a driver in a white FedEx van with the tag number 60E HFI speeding through my neighborhood off of Crystal Springs Road. You could hear the truck throughout the neighborhood speeding, and I observed the vehicle run the stop sign on my road, stop, and then I yelled at the driver to slow down because we have kids playing in the neighborhood. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! Twice it has happen, within a month of each incident. THEY HAVE LOST MY PACKAGES... very pricy ones. Both ocassions they CSRs have said to start a ticket well both times WE CANNOT FIND YOUR PACKAGE or the DRIVER, please you handle this and get a refund from the shipper. Thank you, bye. They are hiring drivers of questionable legality, for cents on the dollar. If your packages are also dissapearing, now you know why. AND FEDEX WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT IT!
