Yes I got blocked by one of your delivery trucks I was waiting for over 30 minutes I was getting cussed at by random people and getting honked by cars and I tried to get a hold of y'all's delivery person to move but they just kept walking away so you might want to train your people to maybe park somewhere else so they don't get blocked Plus I got so late to my location I thought I was going to get in trouble or get fired because of this. Train your delivery people how to drive and tell them to park somewhere else.
This location is not open to the public, but FedEx phone reps keep telling me to go here to pick up my package. Shipping updates are also regularly lies. Delivery attempts at 4am? Vacation holds deleted from tracking info? At this point, I am consciously avoiding FedEx if I can help.
They suck package has been missing 4 days and they can’t tell me where it’s at
