Two days; today days and I already witnessed a basic, severe and a gross safety violation. This facility appears to be run and operated by children. Grow up FedEx! I’ll go where I’m trusted and valued.
"We were unable to deliver your package because nobody was home to sign for it" (I took the day off to receive 2 packages) Also "no signature is required to receive your package". Ok, so why wasn't it delivered with failed deliveries 4 days in a row? Perhaps I should tell my daughter she can have her birthday presents by the time she's 80 years old?
Kentai Wade with FedEx Ground is an outstanding representative of FedEx. I received a delivery yesterday, June 18, 2026 that I was expecting. Mr. Wade was the driver and I must say he was friendly, professional and very curteous. It is too often people gripe about people, places and things. Most of us should take a moment and report positive experiences as well.
My package was scheduled to be delivered on 06/13 then it went to 6/15 now 6/16 . It was put on the truck at 6 am on 6/15 why am I being rescheduled for the next day , ups would never be this lazy and who ever Santiago h is need to find another job because how you can’t deliver in 14 hours.
I would give 0 stars if I could. My package was to be delivered on May 26th. It is sitting in this Jacksonville location still and it is now June 3rd. Every day they say it is being delivered until about half way through the day and then it says delayed. It is only an hour from my house!! I called yesterday and spoke to someone who actually acknowledged that it was ludicrous, but hung up as I asked what exactly they were going to do about it.
