Received everything I order on time
Im posting as an employee, not a customer. So my review has 5 stars because everyone who works here is understanding, sympathetic and they go above and beyond to ensure their employees feel heard and appreciated. I wish I would have found this place years ago.
I believe this is the FedEx operational warehouse that services downtown Jax. I have not once received a package from them on time. Wine shipped from Sonoma spent five days on a hot truck. A desk from the Midwest spent days in the truck getting thrown around and arrived damaged. A book order for a class I’m teaching was coming from the publishers in 3 days and arrived 9 days later.
