I've never had a "good" experience with FedEx in the past but I've let things slide until this past delivery where they left my package damaged at my door step. I've attached pics of the ripped open package that was taped up with the damaged items shoved in the back so it was the last items I pulled out. Then realized an item was missing which i assume fell out of the ripped package sometime during shipping. Why wasn't this package reported as damaged upon arrival? So much easier and better if you just go there! Absolutely fantastic and worked quickly with me to resolve the issue. You may have to buzz a few times to get in hold the buzzer down if you don't hear it ring try again.
Consistently delivers packages for FRANKFORD to STIRLING. Do their drivers not read the full address on the packages or are they hiring complete idiots? This has happened NUMEROUS times. In the last 6 months any packages meant to be delivered to me or my parents, only ONE was delivered correctly. Such an absolute joke of a business.
