They lost it and lied. Tracking my package says it was loaded on a truck in New Haven and out for delivery...nothing. it was like that for 3 days. Then I called, got customer service in India, they opened a complaint ticket promising someone will look into it. Now it says it was delivered 3 days ago. They went back in the archives and lied to say it was delivered that day. Their proof of delivery is a joke, it does not include any address that it was delivered to. I will not choose to ship anything with fedex again.

Every single delivery from these people is nothing but a hassle. How hard is it to deliver a package to the address on the box and put it by the front door and walk away. Worst service in the area. Any time I have something shipped I request a different carrier.

Complete and utter garbage their customer service is terrible and my package never got delivered they said there was an attempt made to deliver the package and there was not ever an attempt made. I’m extremely upset.

Had a bedroom set delivery was through them. I got everything but my mattress they kept saying my address wasn’t right, but they delivered everything else to me, and somehow my mattress ended up all the way in Georgia. I still have not received my matches and no updates if possible Don’t buy anything that has to get shipped through them. It’s always bad every time.
