Called because they couldn’t deliver my package. Well come to find out it was due to their personal handling or whoever handles for fedex messed up my label so I had to call the store I bought my package from to have them request a new shipment label to fedex. I just don’t understand how Fede is still in business. I’ve had nothing but issues with this Company whenever I get stuck using them.
Paid for express overnight delivery on a packege intended for my brother that contained pertinent materials required for his job (1st year medical resident). Was guaranteed delivery to his doorstep by 5pm today...checked the status of his package and its been sitting in this store since 7:29am. His apartment is just a one hour drive from the facility...WHY THE HELL HAS HIS PACKAGE BEEN SITTING THERE FOR OVER 10 HOURS?!
