What a joke of a company! They can’t deliver 2 suitcases from the airport 1.5 hours away for 2 days. They said 24 hours and it just kept getting later and later! They honestly need to go out of business.

Ordered February 27 package was supposed to be delivered march 4 and here we are march 11 and still no package. Says it's been sitting in new haven since march 4th. Beyond irritated.
This is where all good packages go to die. When I see this place on the shipping route, I know to add a minimum 3 days to the package. It’ll come from California to them in 2 days but from New Haven to 45 mins away it’ll need 3 days.
