FedEx location sucks. Got notifications saying customer unavailable or business closed twice. Package went from new haven Indiana to Bellville Michigan then back to New haven passing by the town I live in twice just to get the same notification. How does a place that receives, ships, and delivers fedex packages not be open to receive fedex packages from a fedex truck. It's been around a week since it shipped and I still don't have it. Driver caught on doorbell camera electing not to even attempt ringing or knocking for signature for a medical device. Useless delivery drivers.
Fedex drivers like to lie and say they attempted delivery, despite being home all day. Joke of a company.
What a joke of a company! They can’t deliver 2 suitcases from the airport 1.5 hours away for 2 days. They said 24 hours and it just kept getting later and later! They honestly need to go out of business.
