I’m incredibly frustrated with my recent experience at the Hewitt FedEx. I paid $60 to overnight a package that was critical for my work, and it’s been a disaster. I was promised multiple times it would arrive—first by 2 p.m., then by 9 p.m.—but it never showed. I called again, and now it’s delayed into today, causing me to lose a day of contracted work. If it’s lost entirely, I’ll lose tomorrow’s work, too. They’ve been giving me the runaround, and it’s unacceptable.
Please ensure your employees know how their basic numbers. I swear robots could deliver better. I can't wait for that day to happen! Always deliver my packages to the wrong address and the sad thing is the street number is prominently labeled on both houses and FedEx still can't get it right!
Don’t get my package from target and FedEx ground and they said did not able to deliver to my address send 02/21/2026 and as well 02/23/2026 and as well 02/24/2026 because of road work on Speegleville rd and now I have to pick up tomorrow and I don’t trust FedEx at all and they give me the runaround and yesterday night i call the FedEx we talk to Raney and he said that it will deliver by 8 a.m. , 8 p.m. and the delivery is name Jorge
Same delivery guys has been recorded throwing packages for about a year now multiple claims and nothing down
